Step 1 Lead-in
T: Do you know them? What are they? Who do you think is the great person in history?
There are many great people in the world. They have made great contribution to society and have changed the way we live. Ask students to name some of the great people they know and say who they like best.

Step 2 Practice
1. Present the picture of Thomas Edison and say something about him.

2. Play a guessing game: Who is he/she? Can you guess their names?
