3. Make up short dialogs in pairs and share your dialogs.
1. Greet with students normally. Point out the pictures in 2 on the screen and help revise the expressions learned last class.
T: Summer holidays are coming. Where would you like to visit? What would you like to take?(老师让学生分别用上节课所学的句型回答)
2. Show some sounds and words on the screen and let students read them together.

3. Give students some time to make up short dialogs in pairs according to 1a in Section A and then choose some pairs to show their dialogs.

1. Do 1a. Look at the pictures and answer the questions：
T:Where are these places of interest?
S1: Yunnan.
T: How is the weather there?
S2: The weather there is always fine all year round.
The students listen to the tape and give the answer “Yunnan”.
2. Read the passage and point out the questions：
e.g. Can you tell...
The weather there...
What place should...?怎么翻译？Then learn the words hometown, anytime and the usage of sound.

3.Read after the tape again and pay attention to the intonation. Then read it in roles.
1.Point out the pictures in 1a and the table in 1b. Ask students some questions.
Then play the tape and ask students to get the main idea of the dialog: Where does Jane plan to go?

2.Give students 2 mins to read the passage and give answers to the students’ questions. Then point out the key sentences in 1a on the screen: —What places should...
—You should visit...
—What should ...
—You’d better take...
And lead students to guess the meanings of hometown and anytime. Then teach the usage of the verb sound.
e.g. The music sounds nice.
3. Play the tape again and let students read after the tape.
Consolidation (8 minutes)

1.Do 1b. Fill in the blanks by yourselves; Then check the answers.
2.Do 1c. Make up new conversations using the key sentences in pairs; Then share your conversations with the whole class and try to recite the key sentences on the screen.

2.Give students 2mins to work in pairs and make up new conversations about their hometown using the key sentences in 1c; Choose some pairs to show their conversations and then point out the key sentences on the screen and let students try to remember them by themselves.(同Presentation 中的2)

Check the answers in pairs. Finally, listen, follow and pay attention to the key sentences in the passage.

1.Point out the pictures in 2 on the screen. Play the tape and let students listen to the tape and check the things they want to take. Play the tape again, then let students try to follow the tape and pay attention to the key sentences in the dialog.
2.Point out the sentences in 3a, and let students work in groups and discuss the questions on the screen.
