Step I Pre-reading
1. Greetings and lead-in
Because this is the first time for me to have class with the students at Yuelong Middle School. I should get familiar with them at the beginning of the class.
T: Good afternoon boys and girls, I am very happy to have class with you here.
S: Good afternoon.
T: What animals do you like best?
S: Dogs.
T: Why do you like dogs?
S1: Because they are clever.
T: Good. What about you, what are your favorite animals?
S2: I like rabbits best.

2. Guessing time
