13、skills. The 2017 Programme for International Student Assessment(PISA)measures the mathematics, reading and science skills of half a million 15-year-olds from around the world. They cited reports of Note 7 batteries overheating in the United States including 26 instances where individuals were burned and 55 that caused property dama
