1.be intrigued by: 对...感兴趣，引起好奇心。影片中Mather对Michael说：“你的信引起了我的好奇心，但是我没有完全看懂。”来看例句：
I am always intrigued by new scientific discoveries.科学新发现总叫我着迷。
I'm extremely fascinated/intrigued by the ancient temple. 我对这个古刹十分感兴趣。
2.a good many：很多。影片中Mather对Michael说：“我母亲很多年前在以色列去世了。”来看例句
She bought a good many clothes.她买了好些衣服。
He had a good many friends here.他在这儿有很多朋友。
3.have an affair with: 与...有暧昧关系，不正当关系。Michael说到：“我年轻的时候曾经和Hanna有过一段关系。” 来看例句：
I have an affair with my secretary. 我和我的秘书有暧昧关系。

11.get the nerves：有胆量，有魄力。Mike船长对Benjamin说到：“最后我终于鼓足勇气跟他说...”
You can try to run the bussiness yourself, if you get the nerves.有魄力的话，这生意你可以自己试着经营。
12.do one's part:尽自己的职责。影片中Mike船长对大家说：“罗斯福说每个人要尽自己那部分的职责。”来看例句：
Developing countries must also do their part.发展中国家应做出他们的努力。
Denmark is ready to do its part. 丹麦准备发挥自己的作用。
13.set foot on：踏上。影片中Mike船长对大家说：“只要你踏上了那艘船，你就是海军了。”来看例句：
