1、职场友谊与工作投入关系之研究 The Relationship between Workplace Friendship and Job Involvement 博士 中国文化大学  国际企业管理研究所 职场友谊 ; 工作投入 ; 地区差异 Workplace friendship ; job involvement ; location difference 本研究是探讨职场友谊与工作投入之关系,以职场友谊为自变量,以工作投入为依变量,以台湾与中国地区差异为干扰变量。就理论而言,若将职场友谊列为工作情境的重要变量,其与工作投入关系之探讨,有其重要性,然而学者之研究尚有争议

2、且不完整。就管理实务而言,企业全职工作者在职场友谊所形成之工作情境下,将影响其知觉,并进而影响工作投入的程度,是管理者在规范人际关系与制定企业目标时,所应重视的考虑因素。因此,本研究旨在了解职场友谊与工作投入间之关系,主要假设为职场友谊对工作投入呈现显著影响,并且假设台湾与中国地区之差异对职场友谊与工作投入关系造成干扰效果。本研究采用问卷调查法,分为预试(162份)与正式(704份)两部份,均以台湾与中国地区企业全职工作者为问卷调查对象。研究结果发现研究假设获得支持,职场友谊与工作投入呈现显著正相关,台湾与中国地区之差异,对职场友谊与工作投入关系造成干扰效果。本研究最后提出对后续研究与管理实务

3、之建议,以供学术界与实务界之参考。 Both workplace friendship and job involvement are important factors of an organization. The purpose of this study was to verify the relationship between workplace friendship and job involvement. The main hypothesis was that workplace friendship influenced job involvement. It was a

4、lso hypothesized that the relationship between work-place friendship and job involvement was moderated by location difference between Taiwan and Mainland China. Data was collected through questionnaire survey from the 704 valid samples of the full time employees between Taiwan and Mainland China. T

5、he results of this study showed that workplace friendship was significant prediction of job involvement, and a positive relationship was established between these two variables. This study also found that the relationship between workplace friendship and job involvement was moderated by location dif
