1，打开工作表密码保护的EXCEL文件
2，打开工具-宏-visual basic 编辑器
3，点F7打开代码窗口
4，然后把下列代码全部拷贝进去，点击执行，其中会跳出窗口询问，直接点击就是，时间比较长，要耐心等，估计要2分钟左右的时间，不要怀疑死机了，完了之后，保存就可以了，再次打开就没有密码保护了。
