The Importance of a Name
①It is widely accepted that name plays a significant part for both individuals and organizations, and what's more, a lot of attention is being drawn to the change of names. ②Many people change their names owing to the instruction of fortune tellers, and many colleges switch their names to universities. ③ However, whether a name deserves such an attention, people's ideas vary.
④ On the one hand, some people hold the 'view that name may contribute to their fame or fortune; some others even .maintain that the mental health and physical fitness of a person will be influenced or even determined by name.⑤On the other hand, a great many people insist that name is just a symbol, which is of little significance. They even go so far as listing some famous figures with common names.
⑥From my perspective, however, for the sake of success, more significance should be attached to intelligence, persistence and diligence rather than one's name. ⑦Therefore, it is time that we put an end to this undesirable debate and put our heart into learning and working so that we may not one day discover that we have nothing other than a pointless name.

How to Improve Psychological Health?
There was a time when people, due to various reasons, only value physical health. Yet, recently, owing to the amazing rise of living standard, they begin to focus more emphasis upon psychological health, which carries more weight in the development of students' personality and character.
Apparently, it is absolutely necessary for universities to implement effective and efficient measures to improve students' psychological health. Psychological courses and activities should be offered to enhance students' awareness of psychological health and to serve as an outlet of their negative pressure. Moreover, it is highly suggested for universities to establish psychological consult centers that students can gain help easily from experts with rich knowledge in this field.
Nevertheless, nothing can play a more essential role than students' own effort in improving psychological health. Based on what I know, we students may attach more attention to books and physical education so that we can have an optimistic attitude toward life. Also, we, if suffering a great pain or torture in mind, should not hesitate to consult an expert. All in all, with our efforts, I cherish a belief that good psychological health is not a dream but a reality.

The Digital
There is no doubt that this new century is becoming an age of digital products, the newly-invented facilities supported by digital technology. These products have found their way into people's life almost overnight. Yet they have produced such a tremendous impact on us.
The positive effects of the digital products are obvious. For one thing, they have brought us great conveniences in our life. For example, We can download whatever we need into MP3 and take them wherever we go, which enables us to enjoy music or study foreign languages whenever and wherever we like. For another, they have made life more colorful. With digital video cameras at hand, everyone can become a director and records all the sweet moments in our life, such as the birthday party of his kids and parents, the wedding ceremony of his beloved, or even a spring picnic in the park. These digital products have thus greatly enriched our life.
However for all the benefits brought about by the digital products, their negative effects should not be overlooked. They have made it easier to violate people's privacy and may also lead to more breach of copy right. And what is worse is that the over-dependence on them for fun may result in less effective interpersonal communication. I think we should realize all their positive and negative effects and learn to live with the changes they have brought to our life.
