forward vt 转交，传递。同义：transmit， refer， pass on， hand over，rush(rush us samples by airmail)
enjoy great popularity 享有盛誉。同义： command a good market，sell fast(enjoy fast sales)，be most popular with，be universally acknowledged，be unanimously acclaimed by
ready seller 畅销品。同义：quick seller，quick-selling product，a ready market 销路好

quote 报价。 习惯用法。quote sb. a price for sth.， quote sb. for sth. ，quote sb. a price。注意：quotation与offer 的区别。quotation 指某一商品的单价。offer 除单价外，还要讲明数量、交货期、付款方式、检验方法和报盘有效期等
reasonable 合理的。 our price is quite reasonable(realistic; workable可行的, in the line with the present market 与现行价相符，out of line with the market 与市价不一致)
commission ，draw (receive)抽取（收取）a commission of 5% on each sale .

order n. 订单。习惯用法。 make, send, place an order with sb. for(on) sth. vt. order sth. finalize an order with sb. 接受…. 价格。place (or: book) with you an order，place an order 开定单，cancel an order 取消定单，reinstate an order 恢复定单，confirm an order 确认定单
regular 习惯用法 a regular customer 老客户，a regular meeting 例会
the captioned goods 标题项下的货物。同义：the subject article(goods)，the goods(article) mentioned in the subject line
growing demand 增长的需要。类似：a big demand 大的需要，brisk demand 需求活跃，a great demand 很大的需要，latent demand 潜伏需要，overfull demand 过多需要，an appreciable increase in demand 需求的明显增加，in popular demand 有大量需求，a promising market 销路良好
on the high side 价格偏高。类似： be a bit high 有点高，be too high 太高，be rather stiff 相当高，be excessive 过高，be prohibitive 令人望而生畏
effect vt 完成，实现。类似： effect shipment=make shipment 装船，装运；effect payment=make payment 付款，支付；effect insurance 投保
be subject to 类似：conditional upon sth， provided that sth, specified happens，or in the case 以… 为条件。e.g. This offer is subject to our final confirmation 。 Subject to your shipment in May, we will order 5,000 tons
issue an L/C，类似： establish an L/C (formal) 开立信用证，open an L/C

incur v.t. 招致，惹起，招收危险。类似： incur great expense，incur a heavy loss，incur danger
offer 报价。习惯用法： make，send，give， 结for, in, of, 结for 较普遍，买方提及卖方的报价时，结of 为好（注：quotation 同）。e.g. Please make /send /give us an offer CIF London for (or: on) 20 metric tons Brown Cashmere. We confirm your offer of 2,000 kilos Black Tea. under offer elsewhere 已报给别人，买方递价bid or make a bid， a stock offer 现货报价
as per 按照（仅用于商业书信）。类似：as your request，as per your requested
price 习惯用法： keen price 薄利的价格，低价，a rise in price 价格上涨，keen competition 激烈竞争，bid price 递价，at economic prices 较低的价格，prevailing(current) price 流行价格，moderately priced goods 价格适中的产品，the market is firm with an upward( a downward ) tendency 市场坚挺有上涨趋势， be priced: fix the price of sth e.g. The new product is priced very competitively. lower, cut beat the prices
draw 开立。习惯用法：draw on us at 60 day’s sight 开出见票60天付款的汇票向我们收款。draw(a draft) on sb. for，e.g. As agreed, we are drawing(a draft) on you for the value of this sample shipment 按照商定，对于这批样货的价款，我们开出汇票向你方索取。draw on sb. against sth. e.g As agreed, we are drawing on you at sight against your purchase of a sample lot. drawings 用汇票支取的金额。Drawer 出票人，drawee 付款人
priority 优先。习惯用法：top priority first priority；give priority to e.g. We will give (first or top) priority to you order. take (top or first)priority in 占优先地位。The question of payment will take top priority in our discussions. enjoy priority in 享有优先，You may enjoy priority in our offer
one set of shipping document 一套装运单据：1、Bill of Landing 提单，2、Commercial Invoice 商业发票，3、Certificate of Quality 质量证明书，4、Certificate of Quantity 重量证明书，5、Insurance Policy 保险单，5、Weight Memo 重量单 Note: Certificate of Origin 原产地证明书
shipping 习惯用法：shipping advice, shipping notice装运通知， shipping agents=forwarding agents 装运代理人、发货代理人=freight agency=forwarder 运货代理商， shipping company 船运公司=freight forwarder 运输公司， shipping container船运集装箱、集装箱船运，shipping order=forwarding order装货单，下货纸 shipping space 舱位、载位、船位， shipping dock 装卸码头， shipping expense装运费=freight charges， shipping instruction 装船指示、装船须知， shipping invoice 货物装运单， shipping process 装运手续，shipping weight (s.w.) 启运重量，freight rate运费率，freight service货运，freight tariff运费表
unharsh terms(or: condition) 不苛刻的条件。类似：rough weather 狂风暴雨天气
bear 承担。习惯用法：bear losses, premiums, expenses。类似：assume no risk assume= undertake, take on
freight prepaid 运费已付。习惯用法：freight collect, freight to collect, freight to be collected, freight payable at destination 运费到付，运费下付，
reimburse sth.(to sb.) 和 reimburse sb.(for) sth.

reciprocate v.t.& v.i. 报答。We shall reciprocate your good wishes
upon: on，类似：as soon as e.g. Good will be delivered upon receipt of your payment
understand 得知，learn 获悉，gather 推断。 e.g. I understand she is in Paris; We have not learned(or: realized) yet whether he arrived safely; We gather from what you say that you are interest in Chinese leather shoes，What did you gather from his statement?
convey 代...向...问候。 e.g. Please convey my best regards to Mr Ren; Kindly extend my greetings to Mr Ren; Please remember me to Mr Ren.
never fail to 类似：never omit to do sth; never neglect sth 从未疏忽，从未忘记。e.g. She never fail to write to her mother every month
as follows= as what follows。as 是关系代词，不论句子的主语是单数还是复数只可用as follows.
be value for money 货真价实。类似：worthy of money，good value for money， better value for money， more value for money， excellent value for money
provided 假定的是人们所希望的条件
if will 句子，注意： e.g. If you will make us an offer for 3,000 kilos walnut-meat, we shall appreciate it very much. = If you will be so kind as to make us an offer for 3,000 kilos walnut-meat, we shall appreciate very much. If you won’t ship the goods within the stipulated time, we shall have to file a claim with you. (won’t= refuse to)，in case 和if 比，if 可能性大些。In case 引导的从句不用will或would来指将来。e.g. In case(if ) the L/C arrives tomorrow, we still have time to rush the shipment
