There have a lot recreational activities for people to choose for. As to recreational activities, people have different view on it. At first, someone who think those activities are good and necessary. Because they can help people to relax from the hard work and study.It can not only improve our body but also a better mood. People can go to see movies and surf on the internet as their recreational activities.On another hand, if we spend too much time on singing, dancing or other recreational activities, we will have bad influence on his duties, such as studying or working, which is in opposite effect badly. Not liking the recreational activities, we can do some meaning things. Its batter for us when we are studying and working. So we must go away from it.
So I belive that as an university student, you should do much recreational activities. But we should have a balence.

Today, recreational activities is very popular. More and more people take time in varous forms of it. People want to relaxe and have fun, he can go sports, singing, go dancing, go to the movies, or surf the Internet.
Some people thought having recreational activities good to people’s heath, both physically and mind. Sports and dancing can keep us thin, surfing the Internet can bring people a lot of information and knowledge. We can know more knowledge about our true reality in life that don’t exist in our books. However, others thought that recreational activities are harm to people. Because spending much too time on recreational activities will influence on people’s work and study. Many students are spend the money of their parents. This question needs to think and think.
As a college student, I think recreational activities and study are not contradict.We should try our best to study hard when we studying and enjoy ourselves when we having recreational activities.

In our people’s daily life, there are various recreational activities apart from studying or working. There are both outdoor and indoor activities for us to make fun of, such as playing footaball and basketball, dancing, playing computer games and so on.
It goes without saying that recreational activities can give us much fun and some could bring excitement.If you surf the Internet, you can get to know people from any other country in the world, talk with them, play games with them.However, we cannot deny the fact that recreational activities can also cause some disadvantages if we spend too much time on it. Some people even lose their family or job because of doing too much recreational activities.
In a nutshell, we should pay more attention to the advantages of recreational activities. The best way is take part in recreational activities properly.

In the era of information and technology, there are all kinds of recreational activities. As the saying goes, "All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy." Some people think those recreational activities are great and necessary, because they can help people relax. Some of the activities, such as hiking, jogging, can help people relax physically; while some of them, such as surfing the Internet, can help people relax mentally,which makes people feel energetic for another week’s work-load.
Such activities are harmful as well to us if undertaken inappropriately. Because we may fail to concentrate on our duties such as studying or working, which in turn may lead to further consequences.
As far as I’m concerned, recreational activities should be done within a certain limit that we can keep a proper balance between recreation and studying or working life.

Among various recipes one enjoys in his college life, recreational activities can by no means be ignored.There are numerous activities, such as spoken English competitions, sports events, and clubs and societies of different interests, which help to make campus life colorful and diversified.
Facing so many interesting activities, we college students have trouble choosing the proper ones. As freshmen, we are confused by all kinds clubs to recruit new members. There are two opposite views about recreational activities. One says they exert positive influence on a student’s physical and mental development, for they can explore students’ talent, develop students’ ability in communication, and teach them to be more independent. Nevertheless, opposite voices can also be heard by asserting that recreational activities waste too much time, therefore may hinder student from focusing on their study.
As for myself, I’m with the view that recreational activities do more good than harm, because I have always been of the impression that a college student should pick up more practical skills to be better prepared for the career development. And, so long as one can arrange the time, recreational activities will definitely provide more benefit for us.
