A.我公司现场服务人员的职责：
1、我公司现场服务人员的任务主要包括货物催交、货物的开箱检验、货
物质量问题的处理、参加试运行和性能验收试验。
2、在安装和调试前，我公司技术服务人员应向使用单位技术交底，讲解
和示范将要进行的程序和方法。
3、我公司现场服务人员有权全权处理现场出现的一切技术和商务问题。
如现场发生质量问题，我公司现场人员要在使用单位规定的合理时间内
处理解决。
4、我公司对其现场服务人员的一切行为负全部责任。
B.使用单位的义务：
使用单位要配合我公司现场服务人员的工作，并在工作协调上提供方便。
7、人员培训：
A、为使协议货物能正常安装和运行，我公司有责任提供相应的技术培训。
B、培训的时间、人数、地点等具体内容由我公司与使用单位商定。
C、在我公司所在地培训人员时，我公司应免费为使用单位培训人员提供设
备、场地、资料等培训条件。
三、在售后
1、质保期上门服务，保修期内出现故障立即响应,主城区半小时内（乡镇2小时内）到达现场,2小时内解决一般故障，复杂故障不超过16小时。不能解决的复杂问题，由我方提供备用机，一切以不影响用户使用为原则。
2、我公司对所售商品实行终身服务，质保期外继续上门服务，出现机器故障问题只收取材料成本费。

服务承诺书
一、办公用品、耗材售后服务
1. 我公司对所有办公用品、耗材及配件产品除厂家提供的三包服务外并可享受我公司的终身免费维护服务。我公司保证所供产品均保证严格履行、兑现产品三包（包修、包换、包退），用户对公司产品提出质量异议，公司保证接到用户提议10分钟内做出回应，对于问题严重的，我方专业技术人员及时有效处理，确保不耽误使用单位的正常工作。
2．针对使用单位的各类设备所需办公用品、耗材以及配件，我公司均有现货储备，以保证及时供应。凡我公司提供的所有办公用品、耗材配件一律免费由我公司送货上门，并且安装调试。
3．我公司在为使用单位更换耗材、维修设备配件时，努力满足用户需求，从经济、耐用、实用等各方面来选购产品，并保证设备最大限度的正常运行。
4．每月上门询问更换耗材及配件后设备的运行状况，以便提前发现机器故障隐患，及时保养机器和排除机器故障。
二、售后维修服务的具体实施措施
1. 我公司在接到使用单位的报修电话后，应立即询问设备故障，分析判断设备故障的原因然后提供所需耗材或保修配件，并尽可能做到1小时内到达现场。
2. 到达现场后，针对设备系统出现故障当场解决问题。
3. 需要返回厂家的硬件故障修复，根据产品维修站修复最短时间为准。
4. 在更换耗材及修理设备时，需要向使用设备的工作人员说明设备故障原因、所需更换耗材、配件的名称及使用方法等相关注意事项。
5. 在维修设备的过程中，经过全面检测后，发现设备需要大修（对于1个工作日内不能修好的机器，本公司将会运回公司进行大修）。在大修期间，我公司在与相关负责人联系，得到负责人的同意后，将设备运回公司进行修理，在修理过程中，需要更换耗材、配件的，要及时和相关负责人联系，以最快的速度，最短的时间，保证大修后的设备正常运行，尽可能不影响正常工作。
6. 针对大修后的设备在一周之内，由我公司安排回访，随时发现问题并解决。保证大修后的设备在短时间内不重复出现相同的故障。
三、售后维修服务的其它事项
在售后维修服务过程中，使用单位的工作人员一定要积极配合我公司技术工程师的各项工作，不得故意刁难，损坏我公司的技术人员及正在维修的设备。如遇到售后工作中不能与贵单位工作人员协调的其它问题，我公司对技术方面有最终解释权。
