中学关工组2015年度工作计划
在2015年里，按照雁江区教育局、中和镇教育管理组的要求，我校关工组将以十八大精神为指针，以邓小平理论、“三个代表” 重要思想和科学发展观为指导，坚持“以人为本”，全面贯彻《中共中央国务院 关于进一步加强和改进未成年人思想道德建设的若干意见》。进一步加强社会、学校、家庭的联系，进一步贯彻落实全国关心下一代工作表彰大会精神，以加强和改进我校未成年人思想道德建设为重点，充分发挥退休教师的优势，努力做好关心下一代的工作。
一、加强学习，进一步更新观念
本年度，我校关工组要进一步组织全体教师，特别是老教师学习和贯彻《中共中央国务院关于进一步加强和改进未成年人思想道德建设的若干意见》，充分认识未成年人思想道德建设的重要性和紧迫性。重点学习讨论第3条《扎实推进中小学思想道德教育》，第5条《重视和发展家庭教育》，第6条《广泛深入开展未成年人思想道德实践活动》的内容。
在学习中要把握与时俱进、开拓创新的精神，关工组工作要真正做到与时代同步，与改革开放同行。我们要进一步解放思想，更新观念，要从那些不合时宜的工作思路、工作方法中解放出来，使我们的思想观念适应形势的变化和时代的需要。
在学习中还要紧密联系关心下一代工作的实际，以十八大精神为指针，总结关工组工作的经验，进一步明确关心下一代工作的主要任务、工作方针、组织形式、教育内容、途径方法，使关心下一代工作进一步向规范化、制度化、科学化的方向发展。
按照惯例，我们学校关工组每年召开二次全体成员会议，讨论具体工作，布置有关任务，做到年初有计划，年终有总结，不断增强班子人员责任意识，切实把这项工作做好。
二、重视宣传，关心新人培育
1、针对青少年学生明辨是非能力有限的情况下，我们把继续做好学生引导工作为重点，重视学生心理健康教育。以学校心理咨询室为阵地，做好后进生文化知识、思想品德的帮教工作，为学生解决实际的心理问题，发挥心理疏导作用。
2聘请中和镇司法所领导来校进行法律知识教育，请民警来校讲交通法规
教育，请派出所民警到学校进行禁毒教育。
3、设立“悄悄话信箱”，多与学生沟通交流，设立心理咨询室，发现不良苗头，及时谈心疏导。
4、做好学校黑板报、宣传橱窗的宣传工作，开展崇尚科学，反对迷信、邪教，增强青少年鉴别能力，确立正确的世界观、人生观。
5、积极培养青少年确立良好的读书、读报习惯。要求他们学先进人、做先进事，使他们成为“四有”新人。
三、充分发挥退休教师的作用
关工组工作是以老同志为主体，现职同志积极参与的关心教育青少年的群众工作组织。中央领导曾强调“要动员和组织老同志参加到关心下一代工作中来”，根据这一精神我校准备在原有的基础上继续做好宣传发动工作，动员老教师参与关工组工作，发挥他们各自的优势特长，在确保他们身体健康生活安定的前提下适度地开展各种活动。
我们要求每位退休教师在管好自己家中的下一代外，热心参与学校及的关心下一代工作，每月碰头一次，为学校的德育工作献计献策。
四、加强道德规范和民主法制教育
关工组工作要把思想政治素质的教育放在首位，在原有基础上，进一步全面贯彻落实《公民道德建设实施纲要》，有针对性地开展爱国主义、集体主义、社会主义和中华民族优秀文化传统教育，加强行为习惯养成教育，法制教育和心理教育，预防青少年违法犯罪，充分挖掘和利用各种德育资源和阵地，开展各项实践活动。
我们要以“爱国守法，明礼诚信，团结友善，勤俭自强，敬业奉献”的基本道德规范为主要内容，以党的十八大提出的“富强、民主、文明、和谐”，“自由、平等、公正、法治”，“爱国、敬业、诚信、友善”为核心内容的社会主义核心价值观为目标，与本校制定的学生日常规管理要求相结合，创建优良校风和文明校园，要主动配合学校“德育工作领导小组”，积极聘请中和镇司法所、派出所领导到学校举行遵纪守法的专题教育。大力宣传《宪法》、《教育法》、《未成年人保护法》等法律法规，加强青少年的法规和纪律教育，使他们学法、懂法、守法，促进他们健康成长和社会安定。
五、加强学校、家庭、社区三结合教育
家庭教育和社会教育是全面推进素质教育的重要途径，为此我们要积极搞好家庭教育和社区教育，为推进“学校、家庭、社会教育”三结合作贡献。坚持“一年一次不嫌少、多做几件更加好”口号，组织老教师积极参加社区活动，关心社区贫因生、学困生，发挥老同志“帮教、帮学、帮困”三帮活动，经常关心身边青少年的成长。动员老教师创办家庭辅导站，定时定点地进行帮教活动。
强化家庭教育，家长学校是社区教育工作的一个重要组成部分，我们要主动争取上级部门的重视和支持，因地制宜利用好社区内各种教育资源，充分发挥其教育作用。动员和组织社区内老同志投身于家教工作，同时动员学生家长参与到家长学校建设中来，使家庭美德、社会公德由家庭向社区扩展。
六、开展各项活动，使关心下一代工作落到实处
1、关心学生的心理健康教育。心理疾病是导致青少年学生违法犯罪的主要因素。由于种种原因，现在有很多学生存在不同程度的心理疾病。因此，加强对学生生理、心理卫生教育，是保证学生健康成长的关键。本年度与心理咨询室配合，通过讲座、报告、讨论、心理咨询、等形式，对有心理障碍的学生积极进行调适和矫正。为顺利开展心理疏导工作，我们设立心语信箱，并鼓励学生通过留言板、讲述自己的困惑与烦恼，请关工组专门负责将问题整理归类，进行答疑或谈心，帮助同学解决心理上的疑点，提高学生的自信心，进而提高同学们的心理素质，增强学习信心，不断提高学习效率，缓解心理压力。
2、开展革命传统教育。利用报告、座谈等形式，请退休老党员、老干部、老同志对青少年学生进行革命传统教育，通过对党的光辉历程和优良传统作风的介绍，教育、鼓励学生做一个有益于国家、有益于社会、有益于人民的人。
3、开展学生喜爱的各项特色活动。如3月“学雷锋活动”， 为孤寡老人奉献爱心，4月“廉政文化进校园活动”、6月“校园文化艺术节”、9月“尊师行动”等主题活动，寓教于乐。
4、在小学生中广泛开展爱学习、爱劳动、爱祖国的“三热爱”教育，开展节约粮食、节水，节电的三节约活动。学校每周一的班会课都会围绕三热爱开展主题班队会活动，让学生从节约一粒粮食、一滴水、一度电做起。
5、“留守学生之家”积极开展相关活动。结合学生的实际情况，学校“留守学生之家”每年都开展了相关的活动。特别是初中学生，因为远离父母，他们极容易产生孤独感、无助感，因此，学校“留守学生之家”设立了4台亲情电话，
学校关工组将设定一定的时间，让留守学生给远方的父母定时拨打亲情电话，以交流感情，不但免去其父母的后顾之忧，更让学生安心学习、健康成长。
6、积极开展少年宫活动。在上级的大力支持下，如今我校的少年宫已经初具规模，完全能够开展适合初中学生身心特点的活动。本学年度计划开展各类兴趣小组活动，如书法小组、舞蹈小组、乒乓球小组、篮球小组、音乐小组等。根据具体情况，今年，学校关工组在“五四”、“国庆”举行文艺汇演活动，还将举行第二十一届冬季运动会，以丰富学生的校园文化生活。
