随着我国畜牧业的快速发展，畜禽养殖业特别是规模化畜禽养殖生产的粪便已经成为农村环境污染的重要来源，畜禽粪便未经处理排放所造成的环境污染，已经远远超过居民生活、工业生产和餐饮业的污染物排放，成为水体污染和富营养化的重要原因之一。本系统工程是解决规模化、集约化畜禽养殖业环境污染又一技术手段，内容包括：粪污的前处理、厌氧消化系统、沼渣沼液的分离系统、有机肥生产系统、好氧污水处理系统、生物氧化塘系统。
养殖场规模：年栏5000--10000头的猪场，或相应的牛场、鸡场，日处理污水50-200T，进水CODcr在15000-20000mg/l.
一、粪便的前处理
固液分离：分离粪便污水中难溶和不溶的物质，实现减量化、降低后道工序负荷、脱水后粪渣含水率45%。
前沉池： 储存并调节水质、水量，使集中、间歇性进水变成均衡、连续性出水，基本完成污水的水解酸化，为厌氧菌的快速生长创造有利条件。累计去除

二、厌氧消化系统
厌氧消化系统是畜禽污水处理的核心，本工程采用CSTR（全混合式厌氧消化器），它的优点：结构简单，投资低可以进入高浓度的原料，内装搅拌装置，消化器内物料分布均匀，避免了浮渣、结壳、堵塞、分层均匀、增加了底物和厌氧菌微生物接的机会，使物料充分发酵，基本去除病菌类、降低COD（平均60-80）%，BOD5浓度减量化。

四、曝气
