CHAPTER 3 (usual structure) 常用结构
•1. The rise in temperature in The Exit lamp must not make trouble
标志灯内部温度升高不能影响其在使用市电时的功能。
or do harm against it’s ability within using power sauce(常用電壓) and voltage.
• 2.Anti-explosion structure of Anti-explosion Exit lamp must meet standards arranged by Korean industrial standard of Industrial safety law.
防爆型标志灯的结构要符合韩国行业安全法的行业标准。
• 3.Set up the Fuse which can protect main power sauce and emergent power sauce from short-circuit. But, Exit lamp being used in seat in a theater(客席lamp) is exceptional.
必须安装保险丝以保证市电以及应急电源在短路时获得保护。
• 4.The outer cover of Exit lamp must not be transformed or be changed color through rise-heat.
标志灯外壳在温度升高时不得变色。
• 5. The outer surface of Exit should be disassembled easily, battery and inner spare parts also should be replaced, repaired and inspected easily. But, water-proof and anti-explosion ones are exceptional.
标志灯外壳必须容易拆卸，电池和内部零件必须容易更换、修理和检视。但是防水及防爆灯例外。

6.When lighting sauce or lighting tube being changed and inspected, Exit lamp’s contacting parts should be protected not as to get an electronic shock.
标志灯的连接件安放妥当，以防在更换或检视光源或灯管时发生电击.

• 7.Using power voltage(使用電壓) should be 2V~300V. But, in case it’s charging parts not exposed, available exceeed 300V
适用电压为2V—300V,
• 8.It’s structure should be made strong for establishment place.
标志灯的结构强度必须能够承受安装环境。
• 9.It’s structure should be made not getting obstacles itself ability from vibration or shock on transportation.
标志灯的结构要能承受运输过程中的振动和冲击。
• 10.The inner temperature of exit lamp should not be risen abnormally, Battery and inner parts have to be in heat-proof management
标志灯的内部温度不能发生非正常升高的情况，电池以及内部零部件要有过热保护装置
• 11.Distributing wires配線) should not be soldered directly to the battery.
导线不能直接焊在电池上。
• 12.The power sauce which connecting with using power sauce should be fit for standard fiber insulation drawing wire and vinyl code.
连接电源的电线必须符合导线和包皮物料的标准
13.The thickness :
Drawing wire(引出線)=size: over 0.75m2 others: over 0.5m2
引出导线：截面积大于0.75mm2, 其他导线：大于0.5mm2.
14. Drawing wire length :over 150mm from wire drawing part. In case that not use drawing wire, should set up a joining terminal
导线长度：引出线要大于150mm, 如果不采用引出线，则要安装接线器。
15. Guiding system like a turn and off, voice and similar system can be equipped in the exit lamp.
系统比如开、关和声音，以及类似的系统可以用于标志灯上。
16. By receiving via fire alarm equipment or emergency alarm equipment lamp the exit lamp should operate normally on fire.
出口灯主要用于火警。

18. Automatic returning switch should be equipped. But, floor exit lamp filled under the floor and exit lamp seat in theater(客席exit lamp) don’t need.
要安装自动归位开关，但是安装在地板下面和剧场座椅上的标志灯不许安装这种开关。

20. It’s functioning should be certain, treatment and inspection be on easy, not make noises and obstacle waves. Besides, it’s activity should not be influenced by dusts, moisture and insects
功能要 ，易于处理和检视，不产生噪声和障碍波 。此外，灰尘、潮气和昆虫不会影响标志灯的工作。
21. Repair working and exchanging of spare parts should be on easy. But, water-proof and anti-explosion are exclusive.
要易于修理和更换零件。但是防水和防爆灯不受本条限制。
22.. The parts, may cause effect on it’s mechanical function easily by erosion, should be treated as anti-erosion, rust-proof treatment with painting or plating. Terminal and screw etc.., have an effect on electronic function, should be made of alloy with copper or endurance-erosion one in same rank as it.

23 It’s distributing wires should have enough currents also, wiring connection should be exact and certain.
连接导线要能承受足够强度的电流，导线的连接要可靠。
24. Necessary treatment be done so as to prevent misconnection in case of polarity.
如果导线的连接要分正负极，则要有明确的标记。
25. The attachment of spare parts be done not to make trouble for it’s function and not to be untied easily.
零件的装配要不影响其功能，而且不易松脱。
26. Recharging parts be preserved not to be contacted by human being.
放电的部分要仔细处理，不能被人触摸到。
27. The inner parts, easily got damage, should have protecting management to avoid making troubles against it’s structure and
function with a radiation devices of heat.
对于会产生热量的部件，要注意避免对结构和功能产生不良影响。
CHAPTER 4 (The structure & function of Parts)
部件的结构和功能
1. Switch 开关
a. Controlling be easy and certain. Stop point be certain and reasonable
要容易控制，工作可靠。
b. When the 200%of electronic currents do operate 10,000 times via resistance load at the each contacting point with maximum using voltage, it’s structure and function should not get problems.
在以2倍的电流、最大的使用电压在电阻负载下操作1万次，结构与功能都正常。
c. The contacting point should be fit for the maximum using current and not be concerned erosion.
每个接头都可承受最大的额定电流 rated current? 而且不会锈蚀。
d. In case that when you use the lie down and cutting style switch(mercury switch etc.), you should set up a suitable equipment which can returning to original state.
当你采用铡刀开关或者水银开关时，必须配备可以使开关归位的装置。
2.Signal(表示) lamp 信号灯
a. Socket’s connection be actual and be attached to being exchanged easily.
插座的连接
b. Lamps be arranged in parallel more than 2 peaces. But, discharging lamp and luminous diode exclusive.
超过2支灯泡时要并联安装，但是放电灯与发光二极管例外。

3.Electronic relay(電子繼電器)
a. Connecting point be G.S alloy or over quality
接头必须是 合金，或者更好的
b. Attach it not influenced by itself weight. The sealing up connecting point style should set up a prevention-dusts cover.

c. Even though the maximum currents at maximum voltage flows via resistance load, it’s structure and function do not appear on noticeable changes.
即使在最大电流和最高电压下工作，其功能与结构都没有出现显著的改变。

4.Fuse 保险丝
a. Fuse be fit for KS C 8101 or KS C 6039 and KS permission products. But, erosion-proof and water-proof style ones exclusive
保险丝型号必须是：KS C 8101, KS C 6039 和其他KS允许的产品。但是防爆灯和防水灯不受此限制。
b. Inspection and exchanging should be easy.
必须方便检视和容易更换。
c. Be attached fasten not to be moved

5.Current transformer(變壓器)
a. KS C 6308(small electro current transformer) or over quality
KS C 6308 （小电流变压器）或者质量更好的。
b. Capacity should be over the maximum using electric currents.
必须能够承受最大额定电流。
6.Semiconductor should be endure for the maximum voltage and the maximum currents.
半导体audion？必须能承受最高电压和最大电流。
7.Spare electric sauce(豫備電源)
a. It should not be used for the main electric sauce of exit lamp
不能把预备电源当成主要电源使用。
b. Drawing wire be covered with suitable color so as to be notified easily.
导线应涂上恰当的、易于分辨的颜色。
c. Set up the preserve cover upon the easily get trouble parts.
在容易发生危险的零件上，安装保护盖。
d. it should be alkaline second battery

e. The automatic recharging device and automatic exceed recharging prevention device be set up. But, when a battery be set up, it’s capacity and function have no trouble on exceed recharging situation, automatic exceed recharging device don’t need to be set up.

要安装自动充电和过充电保护装置。如果充电电池自身具有过充“免疫”功能，则不必安装过充保护装置。
f. In case that spare electronic sauce is arranged in parallel, reverse-recharging prevention lamp should be set up.
如果配备了其他并联的备用电源，必须安装防止反向充电指示灯（indicator?）

g. The recharging test and discharging test of Battery should be begun on the basis of Discharging termination voltage. In this case, Discharging termination voltage means 1.0voltage per cell.
电池的充电和放电检验应在中止放电电压的时刻开始。中止放电电压规定为每节电池1V.
i.The normal temperature Recharging-Discharging test of Battery; When a battery on discharging stop voltage state is recharged by 20C current under the undergrade 10+_ or centigrade50+_ for 48hours and then discharging & recharging action repeated to it 3times, At just time, discharging stop voltage state be over 25minutes. Besides, it’s outer face not be swollen or not occurred useless liquid.

j. The safety device test of spare electronic sauce:
In case that the currents(1/05~IC) is recharged, the safety-device should be operated by 5hours and the external appearance must not become swollen or not occurred useful liquid.
备用电源的安全：当 充电后，安全装置应该可以工作5小时，外观没有出现肿胀，也没有出现没用的液体。
CHAPTER 5(Electronic power sauce) 电源
a. It should be transferred automatically from using power sauce to spare power sauce on power stoppage. Also, transferred automatically from spare sauce to using power sauce on returning.
当停电时，应当可以自动转换到备用电源上。同样的，当市电恢复时，也可以自动从备用电源转换到市电上。
b. Even though the lighting sauce be cut by remote control, battery should be recharged automatically by using power sauce. But, the exit lamps, using lighting sauce as the surface lighting sauce, are exceptional.
即使光源被遥控装置切断，电池也能自动地从市电充电。
c. The device which can check the spare power sauce situation must be established. But, the exit lamp in a theater(客席exit lamp) is exceptional.
必须安装检查备用电源的装置。但是安装在剧院座位上的出口标志灯不受此限制。
d. In case using power sauce off, lamp be turned on by spare power sauce immediately.
当市电中断时，应急灯必须立即由备用电源启动。
CHAPTER6(The quality of the outer cover) 外壳的质量
a. metal : endurance-metal(stainless etc..)
金属：耐用的金属，比如不锈钢等…
b. thickness : over 3mm, heat-proof tempered glass
玻璃：3mm 以上，耐热玻璃
c. As a 難然material or heat-proof synthetic resins, it should not be changed it’s shape on over 80degree temperature. Besides it must have self-fire extinguishing character.
作为 材料或者耐热树脂，必须在80度高温下不变形。此外，其本身还要有阻燃特点。
8.CHAPTER 8(The quality of 表示面 and 照射面)
a. The sign surphase of exit lamp should not be changed on it’s color, shape, and quality by heat.
标志灯表面的颜色、形状和质量在高温下都不能发生变化。

CHAPTER 11(the structure of Exit pathway lamp)
Irradiating & Indicating surphase should light on the phase of bottom and the direction of evacuation. Indication phase be protruded over 10mm from the outer box to make it’s a portion to be shown. But, the filling-up bottom style one not need to be protruded.

CHAPTER 12(the exit lamp in a theater)
1. It must to be attached fasten on seat, wall or chair and also light on the bottom phase.
2. 2.Emergency power sauce(備常電原) can be set up on the outer phase.
CHAPTER 13(water-proof test)
When the clean water flow to the front phase at an angle of 45+_2 more than one hour,
Water-proof exit lamp have no water inside and no trouble it’s function.
CHAPTER 14(insulation &resistance test)
The alternating currents parts(交流入力側) and the outer cover(外函), insulated alternating currents parts and recharging parts(充電部) , insulated 充電部 and 外函, Each insulated resistance on the insulation-resistance measurement must be over 5mega om
CHAPTER 15(insulation & endurancetest)
It must endure for one minute under the 実效電壓 500V alternating power sauce.
CHAPTER 16(discrimination test)
a. in case that the exit lamp and exit pathway lamp are turned on, their letter, color and an arrow sign should be shown easily on ordinary eyesight(visual power 1.0~1.2) (usual lamp: on 30m, emergency lamp on 20m)
当出口标志灯和出口通道灯点亮时，字符、颜色和箭头应该在普通视野下（视力1.0 –1.2）容易辨认.(视距：普通灯：30米；应急灯：20米)
b. the exit floor lamp should be shown easily on ordinary eyesight (usual lamp : on 20m , emergency lamp : on 15m)
出口地灯 应在普通视野下（普通灯20米，应急灯15米）
CHAPTER 17(noise test) 噪声测试
It’s noise volume be under 40decivel on usual and emergency lamp lighting
当普通照明灯和应急灯工作时，噪音强度应该低于40
CHAPTER 18(自動轉還裝置 operating test)
a. It be worked under 80% of fixed power sauce.

b. When 10% of fixed power sauce flow to exit lamp and being repeated returning works 10times as a automatic returning style switch, it must not have trouble on returning function.

CHAPTER 19(recharging device)
It should be designed to fit for the specification of a company which are manufacturing batteries and it be recharged into over fixed power sauce within 48hours.
CHAPTER 20(光速標準電壓test)
After discharge it over 12hours with fixed load on temperature 20+_5 and recharge it for 48hours immediately, invert it from fixed load into emergency power sauce and then discharge valid lighting time. At just this time, 光速標準電壓 should be over 1.1V each cell.
CHAPTER 20 (照度test)
a. Stairway exit lamp : it should be established on the 2.5m from the bottom. 照度 must over 0.5lux at 10m apart.
b. Floorway exit lamp: it should be established on 1m from the bottom. It.s 照度 must be over 1lux.
