After seeing how e-mails have come back to haunt so many executives in court, I'm wondering what should one avoid e-mailing? I just read about a big Hollywood star who decided that he was going to seek a divorc

30、 and forth more than three times — and especially if the distribution list gets bigger — that's a sure sign that the discussion is bigger than e-mail. Call a halt and bring people together to resolve the issue. Don't put anything confidential in e-mail. That includes: Salaries, comments about perf
