一、 投诉信的定义
投诉信是写信人对产品或服务表示不满的信件。常用于消费者的利益受损、正常生活和工作受到干扰等令人伤脑筋的事情。写投诉信时,要注意写明投诉原委,用词要恰当。
二、 投诉信的常用表达

四、 投诉信案例
1、题目要求:假设你是李华,五一期间你在淘宝网上购买了一条裤子,作为顾客,你发现好几处不满意的地方。请你根据下面几点自己不满意的服务投诉商家。
1. 发货迟,迟收15天。
2. 裤子颜色本该黑色,收到的却是灰色。
3. 所选尺码为27号,错发29号。
