“第一架飞机” 1903年12月17日，美国的威尔伯·莱特和奥维尔·莱特兄弟俩设计制造的“飞行者”号飞机在卡罗来纳州的基蒂霍克试飞成功，这是世界上公认的第一架飞上天空的可操纵载人动力飞机。

“第一部火车” 1814年，英国人，斯蒂芬森的蒸汽机车火车头问世了。他发明的这个铁家伙有5吨重，车头上有一个巨大的飞轮。这个飞轮可以利用惯性帮助机车运动，斯蒂芬森为他的发明取了个名字叫“布鲁克啊、”。这个布鲁克可以带动总重约30吨的8个车厢。
