质保条款
Warranty clauses
HOLUNS按照此质保条款为您的腕表提供24个月的质保服务，质保期自购买或客户签收当日起计，前提是您的手表必须符合HOLUNS质保条款上规定的条件。HOLUNS的全球质保服务涵盖顾客所购买的HOLUNS腕表在交付时存在的材料和制造商的瑕疵。本质保条款生效的前提是：持有HOLUNS腕表身份认证及全球质保卡并且唯一身份条码官网验证有效。
In accordance with the clauses of the warranty, HOLUNS provides the warranty of 24 months for your watch with the warranty period calculated from the date of the purchase or customer gets the receipt under the condition that your watch must meet the conditions laid down in the HOLUNS warranty clauses. HOLUNS’s global warranty service covers material and manufacturer defects in the delivery of HOLUNS watches the customer purchased. The warranty is effective with the premise: hold HOLUNS watch authentication and global warranty card as well as the unique barcode validated by official website.

质保期内，凭有效的质保卡您有权要求通过修理的方式免费排除任何瑕疵。不能通过修理恢复到您购买的正常使用状态的，HOLUNS保证为您更换一款相同或类似的HOLUNS腕表。更换后的手表的质保条款自被更换手表购买之日起24个月后终止。
Within the warranty period, with a valid warranty card, you are entitled to have any defect repaired which is free of charge. As for the watch that cannot be restored to normal state by repairs, HOLUNS ensures to replace the same or a similar HOLUNS watch for you. Warranty clauses for the replaced watch shall be terminated after 24 months from the date of the purchase of the replaced watch.

制造商的保质条款不涵盖：
The clauses of the manufacturer's warranty don’t cover:
1、电池的使用寿命；
1. The service life of the battery;
2、常规的磨损和破裂以及老化（如：水晶玻璃刮痕；更换非金属表带和/或表链（如皮革、纺织物、橡胶）的颜色和/或材料；涂层剥落）；
2. Regular wearing, tearing and aging (such as scratch of crystal glass, replacement of color and / or material of non-metallic strap and / or bracelet (such as leather, textiles, rubber); flaking of coating);
3、因非正常使用/滥用、粗心大意、过失、意外（撞击、敲击、挤压、表面被损等等）、不正确的使用、不遵守HOLUNS使用说明而造成的手表任何部件的任何损坏；
3. Any damage of any part due to the non-normal use / abuse, carelessness, negligence, accident (hit, knock, extrusion, surface loss, etc.), incorrect use, unconformity with instruction of HOLUNS watch;
4、任何间接或由此产生的损失，例如由于使用HOLUNS腕表因该表的功能失灵、瑕疵、不精确而造成的任何间接损失；
4. Any indirect loss or that resulted from those like any indirect loss caused due to malfunction, defects and inaccuracy of HOLUNS watches;
5、由任何未经授权的人士拆动过的HOLUNS腕表（诸如：更换电池、提供保养服务和维修）或其原始状态的改动使HOLUNS难以控制的情况。
5. HOLUNS watch dismantled by any unauthorized person (such as replacement of the battery and providing maintenance and servicing) or in the case that it’s difficult to control the HOLUNS due to change of its original state.
在上述质保服务之外，HOLUNS明示排除购买者任何其它针对HOLUNS的请求权，例如在质保服务之外要求损害赔偿，但强制性法律规定赋予购买者针对制造商的权利除外。
Except the above warranty service, HOLUNS expresses to exclude any right to request of purchaser for HOLUNS, for example, to claim damages beyond warranty service, except for buyers’ rights regulated by the mandatory law for the manufacturer.

上述的制造商质保条款：
The above manufacturer warranty clauses shall:

1、独立于任何经销商可能提供的保证，对该类保证经销商应独自承担一切责任；
1. Be independent from any guarantee dealers may provide for which dealers should bear all the responsibility alone;

2、不影响购买者针对经销商所享有的权利，或购买者根据强制性法律规定可享有的针对经销商的权利。
2. Not affect the rights of the purchaser for the dealer or the rights the purchaser is entitled to have under the mandatory law for dealers.

HOLUNS的特约服务中心保证为您的HOLUNS腕表提供完美的保养服务。如果您的腕表需要任何服务，请联系HOLUNS的特约经销商或任何一家HOLUNS特约服务中心，他们能保证提供符合HOLUNS标准的服务。
HOLUNS authorized service center ensures to provide perfect maintenance services for your HOLUNS watch. If your watch needs any service, please contact the authorized dealer of HOLUNS or any authorized service center of HOLUNS, and they can ensure that the service provided meets HOLUNS standard.

精细材质
Fine material

HOLUNS所使用的原材料符合欧盟成员国和其它国家相应法律的规定，以环境保护和人类健康为原则。
Raw materials used by HOLUNS are in line with the appropriate provisions of laws of the EU member states and other countries with the principle of environmental protection and human health.

1、电镀敷层
1. The plating deposited layer

这些敷层通过电解完成。通过设置不同的时间和电流强度，可制作不同厚度和特性的各种敷层（例如金、银、铜等）。
The deposited layer is done by electrolysis. By setting different time and current intensity, the various deposited layers (such as gold, silver, copper, etc.) of different thicknesses and characteristics can be made.

2、 PVD（物理气化沉积）敷层
2. PVD (Physical Vacuum Deposition) deposited layer

该工艺在真空条件下完成。通过离子轰击，在产品上沉淀微小粒子。这样可以生成一层很薄的无杂质成份的镀层（1至3微米），该镀层拥有很高的硬度（氮化物、碳化物等）。
The process is done under vacuum. Through ion bombardment, fine particles are deposited on the product. This can generate a thin layer of non-impurity coating (1-3 microns) which is of very high hardness (nitrides, carbides, etc.).
PVD的优点为镀层薄而硬、抗腐蚀、附着力强、颜色多种多样。由于PVD的内在特性，使用时发生过敏反应的风险很小。
The advantages of PVD include thin and hard coating, corrosion-resistance, strong adhesion and a variety of colors. Because of the inherent characteristics of PVD, there’s small risk of allergic reaction.

3、钛金属
3. Titanium

钛是在地壳中发现的金属元素。强化钛比精钢硬30%，轻大约40%，并且可以100%地回收。由于钛的生物相容特性，使用时发生过敏反应的风险很小。当暴露于大气中时，钛会形成一层氧化物薄膜，它能使钛抵抗盐水和人类汗液腐蚀。
Titanium is a metallic element found in the earth’s crust. Strengthened titanium is 30% harder and about 40% lighter than steel and can be 100% recycled. Due to biocompatible properties of titanium, there’s very small risk of allergic reaction. When exposed to the atmosphere, titanium will form a layer of oxide film, which enables it to be against corrosion of saline water and human sweat.

4、 抛光钛
4. Polished titanium

此种款式具有抛光钛表壳，表链为钛制并使用灰色PVD表面处理，能增强表面的各种抵抗能力。
Such models have polished titanium case and titanium bracelet with the surface disposed with gray PVD, which can enhance the surface’s resistance.

5、 蓝宝石水晶镜面
5. Sapphire crystal surface

蓝宝石成分为三氧化二铝。它透明无色，硬度大，只有钻石才能将其刮破切割。由于它具有极高的硬度，蓝宝石几乎不会磨损变形，可防刮伤、磨损以及化学腐蚀。高度抛光之后，蓝宝石纯净透明。
Sapphire’s component is aluminum oxide. It is transparent and colorless and of large hardness, only diamonds can be scratched cutting. Because it has a very high hardness, sapphire shall almost never be worn or deformed and can guard against scratch, abrasion and chemical corrosion. When highly polished, sapphire becomes pure and transparent.

6、904不锈钢
6. Stainless steel of 904 series

HOLUNS精钢腕表的所有可触及部件均选用904系列的高品质不锈钢制造。这类精钢具有抗腐蚀性强、持久耐用的优点。
All accessible parts of HOLUNS steel watch are made of 904 series of high-quality stainless steel which affords anti-corrosive and durable advantages.

技术信息
Technical Information

1、 机械表：
1. Mechanical watch:

HOLUNS自动上弦机械表通过自动摆陀获得能量，该自动摆陀由您手腕的运动来触发。手腕运动确保腕表保持正确的时间。自动上弦机械表不需要电池。依据表款的不同，动力存储量在40到46小时不等。
HOLUNS automatic winding mechanical watches obtain energy through the automatic pendulum top triggered by the movement of your wrist. The wrist movement ensures the watch to maintain the correct time. Automatic winding mechanical watches do not require batteries. Depending on different watches, the amount of power stored is in the range of 40 to 46 hours.

2、 石英表
2. Quartz watch

HOLUNS石英表具有石英无与伦比的准确性。其电池电量通常能保证持续使用2年以上。您要做的全部工作就是设置好时间，并偶尔设置日期（如果您的腕表具有该显示功能）。
HOLUNS quartz watches afford unparalleled accuracy of quartz. Its battery can usually ensure a continued use of 2 years or more. All you need to do is to set a good time and occasionally to set the date (if your watch has the display function).
说明：石英表设置请参见“腕表设置”部分。

3、 防水性
3. Waterproof performance

手表的防水性是根据实验室压力测试来标定的，相当于游泳员或潜水员在水下同等压力级别下静坐时手表所能承受的防水能力。然而，许多涉水活动都会有大量动作和其它环境变化。这些在手表防水深度标定时未考虑的因素可能会导致其防水性能大打折扣甚至失效。
Watches’ waterproof performance is calibrated according to the laboratorial stress test and equivalent to waterproof ability swimmers or divers can withstand sitting in the undewater with the equivalent pressure level. However, many wading activities will include a lot of actions and other environmental changes. These factors which are not considered when the watch waterproof depth is calibrated may lead that the waterproof performance is greatly reduced or even failed.
手表的防水性不能保证永久可靠。它可能会受垫圈老化或表冠遭受意外冲击的影响。我们建议您每年将手表送交授权的HOLUNS服务中心，检查一次防水性。
Waterproof performance of watches cannot guarantee permanent reliability. It may be affected by aging of washer or unexpected shocks of crown. We recommend that your watch be sent to an authorized HOLUNS service center on an annual basis to check its waterproof performance.
切勿在水下触发手表的时间设置表冠和/或按钮，每次操作后都要确保将表冠按紧或拧紧。
Do not trigger the time setting crown and / or button of the watch underwater and after each operation, make ensure that the crown is pressed tight or screwed tight.

HOLUNS所有表款防水性能均达到3 bar（30m/100ft）以上，旋入式表冠改善了防水性能。对于防水性能达到10 bar （100m/330ft）的表款，尤其需要采用旋入式表冠。
The water resistance of all the HOLUNS watches is up to more than 3 bar (30m/100ft), and the screw-in crown improves the water resistance. Watches with waterproof performance up to more than 10 bar (100m/330ft), in particular, need a screw-in crown.

注意事项

正确的使用HOLUNS腕表，将能使您的腕表长期运转正常和走时精准。
Correct use of HOLUNS watch can ensure long-term normal operation and precise timing.

1、 预防措施
1. Prevention measures

温度
不要将手表暴露在温度剧变（阳光曝晒之后又立即浸入冷水中）或极端温度（60度以上或0度以下）环境中。
Temperature
Do not expose your watch to the environment with drastic changes in temperature (immediately immersed in cold water after insolation) or extreme temperature (above 60 degree or below 0 degree).

磁场
不要将手表暴露在强磁场区，如扬声器、移动电话、计算机或冰箱以及其他电磁设备周围。
Magnetic field
Do not expose your watch to strong magnetic fields, such as perimeter of speaker, mobile phone, computer or refrigerator and other electromagnetic devices.

冲击
避免热冲击和其他冲击，它们会损坏您的手表。如果您的手表遭受猛烈冲击，请将手表送至授权的HOLUNS服务中心进行检修。
Shock
Avoid thermal shock and other shocks that may damage your watch. If your watch is suffered with violent shocks, please send the watch to an authorized HOLUNS service center for repair.

2、有害产品
2. Hazardous products

避免直接接触溶剂、清洁剂、香水、化妆用品等，它们可能会损坏表链、表壳或垫圈。
Avoid direct contact with solvents, detergents, perfumes, cosmetics, etc. which may damage bracelet, case or washer.

3、 更换电池
3. Replace the battery

石英表用完的电池必须即时更换，以免出现漏液，损坏腕表的机芯。
The run-out battery of Quartz watch must be immediately replaced in order to avoid the damage to the watch movement caused by leakage.

4、 调校检修
4. Adjust and overhaul

我们建议您每3到4年由经授权的HOLUNS特约服务中心或零售商为您检修一次腕表。为了享受最高标准的服务并确保保修期的有效性，请联系经授权的HOLUNS特约代表或零售商。
We recommend that your watch be overhauled every 3 to 4 years by an authorized HOLUNS service center or retailer. In order to enjoy the highest standard of service and to ensure the validity of the warranty period, please contact the authorized HOLUNS representatives or retailers.

5、机械表的日差
5、Daily error

机械表的动力来自机芯发条释放的能量。手动上发条的机械表通过旋转表冠绕紧发条来补充动力；自动上发条机械表既可将日常手臂摆动的动能通过机芯的上发条部件绕紧发条来补充动力也可以手动上发条补充动力。由于不同尺寸的机芯发条尺寸不同，尺寸较大的机芯发条的输出力矩较为稳定，而发条力矩的稳定性会影响机械表的走时质量。因此，不同类型（即不同直径）的机芯走时精准度等技术指标均有差异。

维护保养
Maintenance and servicing

日常得当的维护和保养可以使您的HOLUNS腕表日久弥新。
Daily properly maintain and the maintenance can make your HOLUNS to watch the course of time fresh.

1、清洁
建议您定期用软布清洗腕表，防止汗液引起的腐蚀。所有防水手表（皮带表除外）都可使用牙刷和肥皂水清洁，之后使用软布擦干即可。
1. Cleaning
We recommend that your watch be cleaned regularly with a soft cloth to prevent sweat-induced corrosion. All waterproof watches (except leather band) can be cleaned with a toothbrush and soap water and then wipe it dry with a soft cloth.

2、去盐
手表被海水浸泡之后或不慎落入盐水中，必须使用温热的清水冲洗干净，并将其彻底擦干。
2. Desalting
In the case that your watch is soaked in the sea or accidentally fallen into the salt water, rinse it out with warm clean water and wipe it dry thoroughly.

3、晾干
如果是采用晾干的方式，晾干时请不要将腕表置于温度和湿度变化大的场所，也不要将其直接置于阳光下或强磁场附近。
3. Airing
In case of airing, do not place your watch in places with large changes in temperature and humidity nor place it under direct sunlight or near strong magnetic fields.

4、节电
如果您的腕表是石英表并计划在几周或者几个月时间内暂不戴腕表，我们建议您将表冠拉出至最后停止位再存放，能量的消耗因此而大为减少。
4. Power saving
If your watch is a quartz watch and you temporarily plan not to wear it within a few weeks or a few months, we recommend that you pull the crown out to the last stop place before storing which will greatly reduce energy consumption.

DATEJUST日志型腕表为旋入式表冠（即表冠压入后，通过螺旋齿牙锁紧表冠，防水深度可达到100m），单日期显示表款。相关设置图例如下：
