must表示主观；have to表示客观意思是“不得不”。

1）must表示主观的义务和必要,主要用于肯定句和疑问句,意思为“必须……，得……，要……”；由must引起的疑问句，肯定回答要用must或have to,否定回答要用needn’t或don’thave to,意思是“不必”；must的否定形式mustn’t表示禁止，意思是“不能，不许”。
We must find a good method to learn computer well.我们必须找一个学好电脑的方法。
2）must表示肯定的猜测，常用于肯定句中，意思为“一定是……,必然……”。
Your sister must be a doctor in this hospital. 你姐姐一定是这家医院的医生。
3）have to的否定形式是don’t have to,相当于needn’t。如：
They don’t have to buy a computer at present. 他们目前没有必要买电脑。
4）have to与have got to常可以互换。

What day is it today? It’s Monday. 问的是星期几。

3、all/whole用法。
1）这两个词大致同义，只是位置不同：all要放在冠词、指示代词、物主代词等之前(all+art./物主代词+复数n./U；)而 whole 应放在这些词之后(art./物主代词+whole+单数C)如：
①all the time=the whole time 整个时间 ②all my life= my whole life 我的一生
③all the class=the whole class 整个班级④all the family=the whole family 全家
【注意】如名词前没有限定词，不能用whole，如可以说all day，而不能说 whole day。
whole修饰复数名词时一般前面有数量词。three whole days三整天
误：the whole money 正：all the money 所有的钱
误：the whole food 正：all the food 所有的食物
误：the whole wine 正：all the wine 所有的酒
(例外：the whole time / all the time)
4、until可作介词和连词，意为“到……时，直到……为止”。
1）在肯定句中，与延续性动词连用。
It may last until Friday. 这可能要延续到星期五。
He will be working until 5 o'clock. 他将一直工作到五点钟。
I studied English until 9 o'clock last night.
我昨晚学英语一直学到9点钟.(表示9点前一直在学)
2）在否定句中，与短暂性动词连用。常用not…until… 直到……才……。
I did not study English until 9 o'clock last night.
我昨晚直到9点钟才学英语.(表示9点才开始学)
I didn't go to sleep until 11 o'clock
not until 还可以用于强调句中，也可以放在句首，句子要采用部分倒装
It was not until he came back that I went to sleep
5、come over 过来come over to+目的地； come over from+出发地
Can you come over and join us? 你能过来和我们作伴吗?
I guess he will not come over.我猜他不会来了.
Come over and see me sometime.改天过来看看我吧.
He comes over to China for the summer. 他不远万里来中国度暑假.
Would you come over to my house for Thanksgiving Day?
He comes over from France.
6、free用法
1）be free =have time (反义be busy) （用一般现在时态表达将来时态。）
He isn’t free this afternoon.= He is busy this afternoon.

2) 自由的/地 be free to do sth 随意做某事
He is free to do what he likes to do. 他可以为所欲为。

3) 免费的，We enjoy free medical care. 我们享受免费医疗。
Admission to the concert is free.音乐会是免费入场的。
Free under 1.2 meters.
4)for free，其意为“免费”“不花钱”，主要用作状语。如：　　
My neighbour cut my hair for free. 我的邻居免费给我理发。　　
I got this ticket for free .
