Step1 Review
Revise different kinds of food, ask and answer like this:
What is your favourite food?
 My favourite food is... I like ... I love...
Step2  Lead-in
   1. Show some pictures of sports to the class with the questions:
       T: Do you exercise at school?  What exercise do you like?
2. Ask the whole class to discuss: Why do we exercise every day?
3. Have some students to report.
T: To exercise is very good for our health. But food is also important for our health. 
 Step3  Listen and answer. (Kitty)
1. Let the Ss look at some questions about Kitty before they listen to the tape.
How often does Kitty dance?
What does she eat for breakfast/lunch/dinner?
2. Read and complete B2 (Kitty)
Ask the Ss to read Reading A by themselves. Underline new words and phrases.
Step4  Read and answer. (Daniel)
1. Let the Ss read the passage and answer the questions.
How often does Daniel exercise?
 Why does Daniel plan to change his lifestyle?
 What does Daniel love eating?
2. Complete B2 (Daniel)
Ask the Ss to complete B2 according to the text 
3. Listen and repeat (Daniel)
Ask the Ss to listen  and repeat after the tape sentence by sentence. Read the passages loudly.

Step 6 Homework:
  1. Write a short passage about your healthy diet and lifestyle or your plans for your new diet and lifestyle. 
   2. Recite the text
