原为上海鸿新色织厂的汇智创意园， 位于静安区余姚路，近胶州路。，建成于2003年10月，原为都市产业园区，后改名为创意园，前身为上海鸿新色织厂。根据纺织产业结构调整和转型需要，企业于2002年初进行设备外迁、人员分流，完成了纺织生产企业到都市工业园区的转型。汇智创意园依托静安中心城区高档写字楼宇的市场；依托区经委有效推动产业转型的契机；依托纺织控股集团的产业结构调整的要求，积极构建创意集聚区，汇智将遵循“高起点、外向型、国际化”，全面提升“汇智创意”的内涵，积极凸显产业特色。
