4、00kg 。其他包装形式由供需双方协商确定。在运输和贮存时,不得受潮和混入杂物,不同种类的产品应分别贮存,不得混杂。贮存期为六个月,过期应重新检验。 四、注意事项 1) 混凝土膨胀剂适用于 32.5 号以上的通用水泥,最佳掺量为 6% (替代水泥率) 2 )掺混凝土膨胀剂的混凝土,配合比的计量要准确,搅拌时间要比普通混凝土延长 30 ~ 60 秒。 3) 为充分发挥其膨胀效能,适时和充分的保湿养护最为重要,混凝土浇灌后,一般在终凝后 2 小时开始浇水养护,养护期为 7-14 天。务必使混凝土表面保持潮湿,墙体应保湿或喷洒水养护。 4) 掺混凝土膨胀剂的混凝土不宜用于工作环境长期处于
5、80 ℃ 以上的工程。施工温度低于 5 ℃ 时,要采取防冻措施。 5 )要求振捣密实,不要过震或漏震。 6 )掺入不同品种的外加剂在补偿收缩混凝土中会产生不同的效果,因此,使用时需经过试验后才能确定。 7 )为了保证补偿收缩作用的发挥,建议每立方混凝土水泥用量不应小于 300kg 。 8 )在结构设计上仍按原设计规范,为有效限制膨胀,宜采用小间距小规格配置钢筋或焊接钢筋网,对薄壁构件或溥板也可用钢丝网,配筋不宜过分集中于构件一侧,对混凝土中导入的预压应力,在设计计算中不予考虑。在开孔和角隅附近最易出现裂缝,周边应加密结构钢筋。 9 )采用补偿受缩混凝土整体长度地下室可控制不大于 80
6、m ,地上可控制不大于 50m 。一般工程可实现无缝设计与施工。 10 )大面积的结构伸缩缝仍需留置,但间距可比普通混凝土的大。 11 )膨胀混凝土的主要目的是补偿收缩,作为防水要求的补偿收缩混凝土的配合比设计宜按防水混凝土考虑,基砂率控制在 38-42 ,强度标号相应比普通混凝土高 5 ~ 10MPa 。 HEA Concrete expansive agent UsageFit for use in concrete projects requiring high strength, high anti leaking and high anti-freezing s

10、 surface area and 1.25mm screen tail over. PACKAGING ,STORAGE AND TRANSPORT The cements is packed in damp proof packages.The net weight of each is 50kg ;and not less than 98% of the marked weight. The total weight of 20packages of random checking is no less than 1000kg . Other forms of packaging a
11、re to be decided by the supply and requis itioning parties. In transport and storage special attention should be paid to guard against dampness and not to be mixed with other miscellaneous articles. The period of storage cannot be more than 6 months. If the time limit is exceeded,oris dampened and c
12、aked,it can be used only after being rechecked to see that it is qualified. POINTS FOR ATTENTION HEA 1)Concrete expansive agent is fit for use in general purpose cement of 32.5 grade or above,the best amount ofr mixing is 6%(cement replacement rate) 2)The calculation of preparation ratio of concr
13、ete mixing with concrete expansive agent should be exact,and the mixing time should be 3 0 ~ 60 seconds longer than the ordinary concrete. 3)In order to give full play to its expansive function,it is important to give timely and adequate damp-keeping and curing. After the concrete is poured,general
14、ly pouring water and curing 2 hours after the final coagulation time,the curing period is 7 ~ 14 days. The concrete surface must be kept damp and walls should be keep damp or sprinkle water to cure it. 4)Concrete with concrete expansive agent is not suitable to be used in working conditions with a
15、temperature of 80 ℃ for a long time. When the construction temperature is below 5 ℃ ,measures should be taken to prevent freezing. 5)To vibrate closely,avoiding excessive vibrating or omission. 6)Different effects will be achieved in the compensatory contraction concrete by adding different additi
16、ves;therefore it should be determined through test. 7)In order to guarantee the full play of the function of compensatory contraction,it is recommended that the cement amount per cubic concrete should be no less than 300kg . 8)The original design standard is observed in structure design, to effect
17、ively restrict expansion,short space and small category steel is adopted or using welding reinforced steet net,steelwire can be used thin-wallparts,fittings can not excessively concentrated to one side, the prestressing force in concrete is not considered in design. Fractures are easy to appear in h
18、oles and corners,so structure steel should be added nearby. 9)The total length of basement adopting compensation contraction concrete can be less than 80m ,that above the ground less than 50m .ordinary projects can achieve seamless design and construction. 10)Structure expansion seam of large spac
19、e still should be reserved;the distance between can be larger than that of the ordinary concrete. 11)The main purpose of expansive concrete is for compensatory contraction,waterproof should be taken into consideration in design,base sand rate is controlled in 38-42,and strength grade should be 5 ~
20、10 MPa higher than the ordinary concrete.
