1、产品用途0 抗菌防臭整理剂TPM9007适用于处理直接与皮肤接触的含涤纶和锦纶纤维的纺织品。例如:运动装、工作服、内衣裤、袜子、鞋衬里、毛巾织物、地毯、羊皮革、过滤材料、装饰用布、家纺产品、军队用纺织品等。 抗菌防臭整理剂TPM9007是一种非溶出型持久抗菌整理剂。TPM 9007具有良好的安全性,它可以高效完全去除织物上的细菌、真菌和霉菌,保持织物清洁,并能防止细菌再生和繁殖。TPM9007在高温时上染涤纶和锦纶纤维内部,TPM9007被固定于纤维内部且受到纤维的保护,故具有耐洗性和可靠的广谱抗菌效果。其抗菌原理是它破坏细菌的细胞壁,由于胞内渗透压是胞外渗透压的20~30倍,因此细胞膜破

6、吸汗速干加工等整理同浴进行。对白度、色光、手感、强力和吸湿透气性无不良影响,长期贮藏后,使用前需充分搅拌 使用方法 抗菌防臭整理剂TPM9007处理织物的方法可以采用浸轧、浸渍、涂层等,TPM9007的一般用量为2~6%(o.w.f),具体用量和用法根据被处理物的用途、种类、组成,及加工设备而确定。通常抗菌整理与染色采用同浴吸尽法进行加工。在与其他产品一起使用前建议进行预试。 ● 浸轧法: 用 量: 抗菌防臭整理剂TPM9007 40~50g/L 溶解、稀释:加水,快速搅拌下加抗菌防臭剂TPM9007,然后加入非离子或阳离子有机硅柔软剂等,继续搅拌。制备配好的浴液应尽
