一、 普洱茶简介
Pu’er tea includes the Sun dried green tea,the Sun dried green tea after natural aging, the Sun dried green tea fermented by piled up in the humid and hot condition. According to the different shapes, Pu’er can be divided into two groups as loose-leaf Pu’er tea and tight-pressed Pu’er first two are called the Raw Pu’er or traditional Pu’er tea,and The latter is called the Ripe Pu’er tea or the Modern Pu’er tea.普洱茶是云南大叶种晒青茶及其紧压茶、自然陈化的晒青茶及其紧压茶，和晒青茶在湿热的环境下经沤堆发酵制成的散茶和各种紧压茶的统称。前两种统称普洱生茶或传统普洱茶，后者称普洱熟茶或现代普洱茶。The Pu’er tea leaves is full and fat,which are collected from growers of a special broad-leaf tea tree in Yunnan province.普洱茶的茶叶肥壮厚实，取源于云南大叶种晒青茶叶。In the Qing Dynasty, Pu’er was one of the tribute in the contemporary era,Pu’er is a modern tea，welcomed by the vast number of consumers.在清代，普洱茶是一种进贡的茶，在现代，普洱茶是一种时尚茶，深受广大消费者欢迎。Pu-tea is well known for the fact that it is a compressed tea and also that it typically ages well to produce a pleasant drink. 普洱以其紧压及历久弥香的特点而闻名于世。The tight-pressed Pu’er is made from the Sun dried green tea ,go through the typical process,such as piled,steamed, tight-pressed Pu’er often are compressed into the cake Pu’er ,the brick Pu’er,Pu’er tuocha and so on.紧压茶，是以晒青茶为原料，经过渥堆、蒸、压等典型工艺过程加工而成砖形、饼形、沱形或其它形状的茶叶。Pu-tea often be stored in a cool,dry, well-ventilated place,away from excessive moisture, direct sunlight and high temperatures. 普洱茶应在干燥，阴凉通风的地方保存，远离潮湿、阳光直射和高温。
二、普洱生茶和普洱熟茶的功效
Pu’er tea have effectiveness in reducing body weight and blood raw Pu’er and The ripe Pu’er have different characteristics and functions. The raw Pu’er have a strong mellow taste,the ripe tea is more mild.普洱茶有明显的减肥和降血脂的功效。普洱生茶和熟茶有不同的特点和功效，生茶口感醇厚，熟茶口感较温和。

四、普洱茶种类
1、盛世班章：It is the ripe cake tea. 2006 years of tea, 2010 pressed. Each costs 1800 yuan,weighs 357 grams. The taste of this tea is full-bodied, thick, sweet and tea can be boiled and drunk many is the high quality Pu’er tea.
盛世班章是熟茶，饼茶。2006年的茶，2010年压。每饼1800元，重357克。这种茶口味饱满、厚实、甘甜、霸气，经久耐泡。这是普洱茶中的好茶。
