1、Unit 4 I want to be an actor. Section A(1a) 教学设计 教师:XX 【教材分析】 Section A 1a选自《义务教育课程标准实验教科书英语(新目标)》七年级下册。本部分是本单元的第一课时的第一个部分,是要学习一些职业名称的词汇,以便后面能运用这些词汇询问他人的职业和询问他人想要谋何种职业的句型进行交际训练。 【学生分析】 学生在此之前对一般现在时的“what”问句已有些掌握,所以本课时的What do you do? What does she/he d
2、o?句型不是很难接受,学生经过了一个学期的英语学习,对名词的掌握已经没什么太大的问题,只是有时对个别词汇的发音还不是很准确,而且他们已基本形成能在自主学习的环境中探索、合作、交流,能运用对话练习听懂对方的信息。但是在学生人数多的班集体中进行小组活动时,可能会出现相互依赖,相互推脱任务的现象,如要全班同学都达到一定的学习合作能力和自主能力还需要加强。 【设计理念】 1、采用图片直观法,合作学习、听练结合,创设情境和游戏活动的方式组织教学,在教学过程中,将本部分的各环节自然,合理衔接起来, 2、根据由易到难的认识规律和第二语言学习的渐进规律,先教授词汇,并让学生在语境中
3、自然地接触语言现象,而且在交际练习和听力之前,都事先适当扩展相关的词汇,这样,学生就能够在较为真实的语境中运用英语和使语言知识和结构更加简单。 3、面向全体学生,考虑学生实际情况,注重词汇教学。强调学生的参与和实践。创造合作学习型活动的必要条件,培养学生的自主能力和合作能力。 【教学目标】 一、 Knowledge and Ability Objects A: Learn some names of jobs. B: Learn the target language about what do you do? I’m a(an)… What does she/

6、n . Enjoy an English song: “Be what you wanna be.” 1.Greet the whole class as usual. 2.Enjoy an English song:“Be what you wanna be.” Prepare for new lesson and relaxed. 教师亲切的问候可以沟通师生情感,稳定学生情绪,激发学习热情,即建立融恰的师生关系,又使学生很快融入到课堂中来,有目的地听英文歌曲更是为了更好的引入新课。 Step II Presentation 1.Present the new
7、 words:shop assistant, doctor, student, actor, reporter,policeman ,waiter, bank clerk by using some pictures. 2.When students can pronounce the words fluently and accurately, ask them to name the jobs in the picture . Study new words. Know about names of jobs. 用图片来呈现新单词,比较直观,老师都不必用中文解释,学生就可以明白
8、而且图片能使学生的兴趣提高,更容易集中精神。 Step III Practice new words and make key sentences. 1. Practice new words. 2. Ask and answer. “T:What does she/he do? What do they do?” “Ss:She/He is a(an)... They are...” As students practice the new words,they can also study the key sentences of this peri
9、od. 为了更熟悉和理解本部分的重点词汇,让学生再一次通过图片信息来复习新单词,同时,教师可以把目标语言知识融入情境中,使学生在复习单词时无意识的也学习了重点句型。 Step IV Practice 1.Make students match the words with the people in the picture on page 19. 2.Ask students to give their answers. Finish the task then give the answers. 再一次让学生回顾本课时的重点词汇,为学习目标语言和把此内容用于实际生活中打好基础
10、 Step V Pair work Hand out all the pictures to students to practice the conversations about what does he/she do? He/she is a (an)…. Get the students ask and answer the questions about the people in the picture. Then invite some pairs of students to say the sample conversation to the class
11、 1. Practice conversations. 2. Pair work. 为了让学生运用the target language来交际,且能听懂同学之间的答案,从而达到在交际中用英语的目的。把语言知识和语言结构同语言功能结合起来,用学生自己真实的答案就是创造了一个真实的“信息沟“,这样学生就会更有真实感和成就感,而激发学习兴趣和热情。同时学生也熟练了职业名称的名词,为下一个句型的训练打下了基础,这就是为了使教材内容循序渐进而展开的。 Step VI Summary 1.New words. 2.Key sentences. Review all th
