1. The entire electrical installation shall be in compliance with the current edition of Singapore Standard CP5: Code of Practice for Electrical Installations.
整体电气安装，应该按照现行版的新加坡标准CP5（电气安装操作规范）执行。
2. Weatherproof materials/fixtures/equipment, etc., shall be used for installation works in areas where exposed to weather.
防雨材料、灯具和设备等，安装于受天气影响的区域。
3. Unless shown otherwise the mounting height from finished floor level for the various items of electrical equipment shall be as follows:
除非有明确显示，电气设备的安装高度（距离完成地面高度）按照如下要求执行：
3.1 Lighting switches，Remote trip buttons, Isolating switches, etc——-1400mm to center line
照明开关、远程跳闸按钮、隔离开关等——距离中心线1400mm
3.2 13A & 15A Switch socket outlets, telephone outlets, fused connection units ——-1400mm to center line for Carpark areas, Kitchens, stores, plantrooms areas. 300mm to center line for all other areas or 150mm above work top, if applicable.
13A&15A开关插座、电话插座、熔接装置——停车场、厨房、仓房、设备室内，距离中心线1400mm；剩余区域，距离中心线300mm，或者工作台面以上150mm。

3.3 13A & 15A switch socket outlets, fused connection units at high level——High level to suit equipment served. Final position to be approved by architect.
高空位置的13A & 15A开关插座、溶解装置——最终位置有建筑师批准。
3.4 Wall mounted lights——2500mm to center line
壁灯——距离中心线2500mm
3.5 Suspended lighting fitting——3000mm to underside of fitting except those to be mounted flush with false ceiling panel.
吊顶灯——距离灯具下侧3000mm，同假天花板齐平的吊顶灯除外。
3.6 Distribution boards——Generally 1500mm to center line
配电盘——距离中心线1500mm。
3.7 Metering panels——Minimum 1000mm, maximum 1800mm to center of KWH meter
计量盘——距离电表中心最下1000mm，最大1800mm
3.8 Wall mounted CCTV cameras——150mm below ceiling/slab

4. Notwithstanding the general location and mounting heights shown for the various items of equipment, they are subject to final adjustment at site to suit the site conditions and/or the requirements of the architect.
虽然如上规定了各种电气设备的安装位置和安装高度，但是，这些电气设备需要很据现场条件和建筑师的要求，现场做出调整。
5. Unless otherwise shown on the drawing or agreed with the architect, all cable trays & ladders shall be suspended at 450mm from ceiling slabs or 300mm from underside of beams or other trays/services. Layout of cable trays/ladders including cable layout on each tray/ladder, busbartrunkings, connections/routes,etc., shall be submitted to the architect for review prior to installation.
除非图纸上另有显示或者同设计达成一致，所有电缆桥架和梯架悬挂高度为，距离天花板450mm，或者距离梁、其他桥架/设施底部300mm。安装前，电缆桥架和梯架平面布置，包括每个电缆桥架/梯架、母排线槽内电缆布置、连接和路径等，需要提交设计审批。
6. 除了电话电缆桥架外，图纸上显示的电缆桥架梯架、框架系统和电缆槽的尺寸，仅仅是指示性的。分包商负责选择合适尺寸的电缆桥架、梯架、框架系统，安装电缆、母排线槽等。选取的电缆桥架和梯架尺寸，要保证电缆、母线线槽之间具有足够的间隙，使电缆和母排的设计额定值不受影响。空间有限的区域，使用多层桥架、框架系统。
7. 除非另有说明，所有单线图中显示的PVC和防火等级电缆，要按照规范要求的方法，装入穿线管内或者线槽内。95mm及以上的电缆，要安装于电缆桥架或梯架上。
8. 除非另有说明，单线图和其他图纸上显示的所有PVC、PVC和XLPC、PVC电缆，应该安装固定于电缆桥架或梯架上。
9. 使用专门制作的挠性连接线，将母排同交流发电机端子连接。连接线的额定值同母排等同。
10. 电缆安装完毕后，按照设计要求，过挡土墙的所有套管和引入管（包括备用的）需要由分包商合理密封、接地，防止地下水流入。
11. 所有供油管和回油管，包括沿停车场、公用走廊安装的支撑架（备用发电机房、燃油泵房和管道竖井内安装的支撑架除外），应该完全封闭在石膏玻璃或者其他具有2小时防火等级的材料内（材料需要获得FSB批准认可）。
12. 投标商需要检查确认，并且在提交的标书内强调说明，若规范图纸上提供的变电站、开关室、竖向电气管等，根据分包合同，不能容纳投标商提供的设备。
13. 关于景观照明，园景树栽种之前，分包商需要去掉接入园景树的电气管。园景树安装完毕后，再安装灯具，灯具的具体位置，根据园景树位置，现场再做调整。
14. 每盏外置风景灯应该配有降压变压器、控制器、功率因数矫正电容器、电源接触器、辅助零件、端子箱，以及安全顺利操作照明装置需要的安装支架等。
15. 电气系统、防雷系统等显示的接地极和接地井的数量和位置，只是指示性的。分包商负责按照相关规范要求，对现场要求达到接地值的位置，提供充足的接地极和接地井。
16. 显示各种系统的原理框图，描述不出各种设备实际的连接方式。
17. 每个辅助干线和末极电路，应该带有电路保护导体，导体横截面积计算如下：
