    As is symbolically illustrated in the cartoon, a large number of people are surfing on line within a stretching spider web, either to entertain themselves or to meet the work's needs. Unfortunately, it seems rather ironic to present people separated from each other by the spider web when they attempt to communicate.
　　The metaphorical and impressive portrayal has subtly revealed the duality of the relationship between man and Internet. On the one hand, there is no denying that Internet is currently one of the most efficient media used for interpersonal communication. But on the other hand, a good many people admit that they are too much addicted to Internet to maintain face-to-face contact with their friends and colleagues.     Simple as it is, what the picture conveys to us is thought-provoking. With the development of economy and society, competition is increasingly fierce. It is impossible for anyone to finish a work all by himself. Hence, people in mounting numbers put great emphasis on teamwork.     As an illustration of the power of love, we should remember how the Chinese people of all nationalities respond to the call to help the victims of the deadly earthquake in Sichuan Province in 2013.     As we can see from the picture, a football match is going on. On guarding the goal, the man on the left seems to be keeping a “huge one” that is easy and inevitable for a goal, while the person on the right hesitates to kick the ball with an illusion about the “huge keeper”. It is obvious that both of them exaggerate the difficulties in front of them.
    When weighing in the mind, we find there is an apparent tendency underlying this phenomenon: the lack of confidence. Firstly, it is well-known that we exist in a dynamic world with various difficulties. We can do nothing but face them. Secondly, attitude is the key point to take the first step. Assuming bravery and confidence to solve the problem, you will find the question is not as “huge” as you imagine.     When making this decision, students should consider a variety of factors, including their personal preferences and financial status. The first factor that they should consider is their own personal preferences. Some students may have entrepreneurial ambitions and dream of running their own business. In addition, some students or their families are able to support the tuition fees of postgraduate studies or studying overseas, while for others it would be too much of a financial strain.
    When it comes time for university graduates to decide their next step in life, there is no one right or wrong choice for everyone. Rather, each student must reach his or her own conclusion.

     It is vividly depicted in the cartoon that a boy is running along the racetrack with painstaking efforts, sweat pouring down his face. Straight ahead lies a sign which indicates a new “starting point” and urges him to continue rushing to the next destination.
    Undoubtedly, the cartoon conveys the meaning that life is like the process of running in which one should make constant efforts and never stop making progress. Owing to the quickening pace of life, competition goes increasingly fierce in all walks of life, stimulating everyone to pursue one goal after another. Once a person stops making progress, he can hardly maintain his past glory and survive in this competitive world. Generally speaking, neither a country nor a person can remain stagnant.
    An illustration is closely related to us, the examinees. If we pass this test and are confronted with the challenge of conquering the difficult graduate courses, we still have to strive for success in our future academic study, employment and career.      In recent years, Microblog and WeChat have become a kind of fashion and various people, no matter the young or the old, the famous or the ordinary, are in favor of joining in creating their own Microblogs or WeChat and visiting others. As is shown in the pictures, there are symbols of WeChat and Microblog.
    In my opinion, this is the result of social development. To start with, as a convenient means of conveying information, Microblog and WeChat combine the characteristics of web pages and that of forums to enable more people to participate in problem discussion and debate. Besides, they provide modern people a platform, where friends can talk about, exchange, express the emotions and relieve stress.
    Although there are a great many benefits of using Microblog and WeChat, their disadvantages should be taken into consideration.     The column chart clearly reveals the statistics of students taking part-time jobs in a certain university.     The most obvious way that having a part-time job can adversely affect students’studies is by becoming a drain on the their time. Despite presenting certain pitfalls, working part-time during one’s college years also offer several potential benefits.      According to a survey, in recent years the monthly expenditure of a college student has been on the sharp rise. Many college students have no concept of thrift in their mind. They take it for granted that they spend money from their parents before they enter into the society. This extravagant spending is primarily caused by the following factors.
     First of all, nowadays most of the students are the only children of their families. They are the apple in their family’s eyes and naturally get more care and pocket money. In addition, with the improvement of living standards, parents can afford higher expenditure of their children. Moreover, some students like to pursue fashion and trends, which tend to need more money. Finally, campus love is also a possible factor causing extravagant spending.
    From my point of view, a college student, as a pure consumer, should learn to be thrifty. We should limit our expenditure on daily necessities but not buy whatever we want regardless of their prices. The habit of thrift can help us form right values and is favorable to our future development.
