01NO.NAMEQTYFUNCTION重要提示：在安装本产品前，请确认需要安装的便器的结构及外形，图1为参考结构。同时需实际测量便器与便器低部间的实际尺寸H，以利后续安装使用。在安装本产品前，请根据室内装修的总体策划确定完成后的地坪面FFL，并在安装墙上划出FFL线，并始终以此作为高度0的基准线。注：(1).请在贴瓷砖以前安装本产品；所有的尺寸单位为毫米。(2).本说明书以后排式安装为例。(3).图示零件若与实物不符，请以实物为准。Important toilet bowl and to fill up the distance to wallABTHE INSTALLING INSTRUCTION FOR CONCEALED TANK注意：水箱安装方案一中，水箱背靠的安装墙同安装固定水箱挂耳的安装墙必须保证在同一平面上，若 不在同一平面上，会造成受力不均，导致箱体侧面卡扣处破裂漏水。Please confirm method 1,the mainwall for tank installation must be on the same level,otherwise the tank would be break and leaking.8 如图所示：1.钻孔 10*60;2.装入膨胀头;3.膨胀头入墙至外端 面与紧固块平齐;4.保留好螺钉、垫片待用。1.2.3.四、安装水箱和弯管Install the tank and curved drain pipe：10 H H 在墙上钻余下紧固处的底孔(共4处)，并将余下的螺栓锁到紧固块上，注意保持水箱位置和状态不变；用水平尺再次确认水箱水平且两管位置确定后,旋紧所有的螺钉将水箱锁好。按图示尺寸H调整水箱位置，并锁紧膨胀螺栓4个螺钉。调整两弯管角度使弯管前端面尽量处于同一平面上，并将弯管固定保证H的距离不变。4 二将紧固块安装到水箱挂耳上，确定相关尺寸：三、确定水箱的安装位置Make sure the installation position of the tank：根据挂耳的不同位置朝向安装紧固块。挂耳朝后 挂耳朝前 适当锁紧 注意安装时紧固块方向 将冲刷弯管套入水箱出水接套，相关尺寸如下图(如果开箱时弯管已装好，仅需确认相应尺寸)L1 L4 L5 H 300 L3 181 D1 D3 D2 D4 调整水箱左右位置按如图所示尺寸:沿地排口中心在安装墙上划中心线L1(与水平面垂直)；再沿所作中心线两边各划线L2和L3。从已确定好的FFL往上做水平线L4；再下移做水平线L5，与前第一步所作直线L2和L3相交于点D1D4，再以这四个交点作为图7钻孔时的参考中心钻孔。注：(1).上述步骤可将水箱实际贴在安装墙上进行划线确认；(2).可根据排污管道的铺设方式、水箱上挂耳的位置朝向和装修布 局等情况事先布置、砌好安装墙。As shown on picture:Draw the central line L1 on the main wall along the center of floor outfall(To be vertical against horizonal level);Then draw symmetrical line L2 and L3 on both sides of central line.Draw horizontal line L4 and L5 above the FFL line,and both intersect with line L2 and L3 at point D2D2,and make these four points of insection as reference central drill holes on picture 7,fix the two pipes after confirm the distance H.Note:The above steps could be checked by drawing lines while put the real tank onto the main wall.Arrange and pave the wall in advance notching of the tank,and make sure the relevant sizes.To install the fixing sheet according to the different directions of side notching.Insert the curved drain pipe into adaptor bush of tank,the relevant sizes as below picture.(if the curved drain pipe has been installed when you open the box,please only check the relevant sizes)Drill the remainder holes(four spots)for the fixing sheet.and fix all the remainder screws into them.Pay attention to keeping the status and position of the tank the same as before.Make sure the tank is horizontal and the position of two pipes is confirmed with leveling rod,then fix all the screws to lock the tank.The side notching is fixed backwards The side notching is fixed frontwards Smear lubrication oil on two O-rings(for lubricating and sealing function)Adjust the angle of the two curved pipes to make two front faces at the same level surface.Keep the distance H unchanged.Adjust the tank in right and left direction Adjust the position of the tank,make the central line of curved drain pipe aligned with that of the drainage pipe,to fix the tank by screwing a little.五、调整紧固Adjust and fix:调整水箱位置，锁紧膨胀螺栓与4个螺钉。Adjust the position of tank.Lock the expanding bolts and four screws.After removing the Foam,please keep and for installing the.pannel.注：在拆掉保丽龙之后，请保留和，用于安装面板。Note:1535mm the angle,height and position of the curved drain pipe and drainage pipe pipe with bricks and slush.And make sure they are steady but not wiggly.The thickness of fixed wall is 1535mm(To be measured material between curved flush pipe and wall 1113161415九、安装马桶：Installation of toilet bowl:取出堵头杆套，将直管插入弯管，直到不能前进，画出直管与墙面的交线.将直管插入便器，直到不能前进，画出直管与便器后端面的交线.Extract the plug for curved pipe out,insert the straight flush pipe into the curved drain pipe till the end,and then mark on connecting line of wall and straight flush pipe.Insert the straight flush pipe into the toilet bowl till the end,and then mark on the connecting line of straight flush pipe and toilet bowl back-end.将固定杆装入水箱上的固定座中，并适当调整其长度后旋转卡住。再将装修嵌件(泡沫)的孔位对准固定杆安装，最后用固定螺母将装修嵌件(泡沫)锁在固定杆上。弯管堵头装入冲刷弯管Insert the fixing rod into fixing hole of tank,and adjust the length,then rotate until locked.Make sure the plug(foam)hole aligned with fixing rod,then lock the plug to fixing rod by fixing nut.Insert the plug into curved drain
