可开发建设朝鲜族民俗风情馆、水上游乐区、菱花观赏区、饮食服务区、食品加工区、文化娱乐区、生态保护区以及江湾水库钓鱼场、冰上娱乐基地、水上竞技游乐园和朝鲜族特色民居等项目。

The planning area of Gaolizhai Customs Recreational Tourist Zone is 3000m2. The planning area is endowed with unique natural resources; the residents have simple customs, with a profound historic culture, and a favorable and considerable prospect for development. Gaolizhai Korean Village is adjacent to Jiangwan Reservoir in north, and is adjacent to Shaoling River in south, the longest forest railway-Xingwu Railway runs across the village, it’s endowed with favorable geographical conditions and ecological environments, and it’s a genuine land with milk and honey. The special tourist route is explored by Provincial Tourist Bureau in 2000-2-day tour to Xinglong Forestry Bureau, which is designated as the first tourist scenic spot.
The Korean Customs Museum, Water Amusement Zone, Ryoxka Watching Zone, Food Service Zone, Food Processing Zone, Cultural Entertainment Zone, Ecological Protection Reserve and Jiangwan Reservoir Fishing Pond, Ice Entertainment Base, Water Sports and Amusement Park and Korean Feature Residential Community, etc could be developed and constructed.
