1、片式散热器使用说明 OPPRATION INSTRU CTION TO GILLED RADIATOR 1.Gnerallnstruction The gilled radiator produced by us is a sort of radiating unit of high efficiency with the special-purpose for transformer .It can bear an oil pressure high as 0.15MPa,and along the straits of vacuum pumping and compara

2、tively saving oil to others of its line .Welded with the high quality ST13 cold –rolled plate of lmm thickness ,the oil channel of the gilled radiator comes up to a depth of 10mm ,and the inner cavity formed after the welding serves as the passage of the gilled radiator comes up to depth of 10mm,and

3、 the inner cavity formed after the welding serves as the passage of oil circulation for the transformer ,radiating heat outside via the steel plate .The adoption of outside weld & of nitrogen protection at welding have reduced spattering bead, for the guarantee of cleanness of the gill-cavity and th

4、e manifold ,and as well lessened the oil box of oil flow ,The detachable gilled radiator is linked to the adapting flange & to the valve of union coupling attached to the oil box of the transformer .So it can be packaged and transported separately, decreasing the volume at transport accordingly. In

5、transporting ,the gilled radiator allows inside roughly standard atmospheric pressure of nitrogen gas for the purpose of rust prevention .Moreover after a certain period of performance ,the detachable gilled radiator can be removed from the valve of union joint for inspection, which is quite conveni

6、ent to handle promoting application of the detachable gilled radiator correspondingly 2.installation In unpacking & installing on site, it is required of caution not to scratch the lacquer film or clash the detachable gilled radiator, if the lacquer film is scratched, it should be mended with lacq

7、uer in time; if the radiator is damaged, it should be taken with repair welding and further mended with lacquer at the patch weld. In installing of the detachable gilled radiator, it is first to take off the sealing pad & the cover slab, and clean the surface of flange at the union joint, then by m

8、eans of a swing machine and the ring set on the radiator, install radiator, install radiator, install radiator by swinging it up to transformer .install it correctly as per the mark of direction to assure the proper upper & lower position. After installation, it`s suggested to check for the right po

9、sition of installing, if position of installing is found any mistake, interchange directly the 2 plugs(one is air-exhausting plug, and the other is oil-drain plug). After the steps of installing of the detachable gilled radiator transformer, it can start oil injection right now. the oiling has 3 ki

10、nds of methods; i. Firstly, turn air-exhausting plug in the upper part of radiator to “on” position (not to back off it but the entire exposure of air bleed hole ),so as to bleed air inside when oiling . secondly, switch the valve of the lower union coupling to “on” position, letting oil box into

11、radiator .when the air-exhausting plug at the upper part of radiator starts to emit oil that comes from the radiator, turn immediately this plug to “off” position and oil injection for the radiator completes at the end. When oil injection for all of radiators finishes finally, switch the valve of th

12、e upper union coupling of radiator that filled up with oil to “on” position, and then turn the air-exhausting plug at top of the transformer to “on” position, releasing gas possibly remained in the radiator. ii. Switch the valves of the upper & lower union coupling of radiator to “on” position, tur

13、n air-exhausting plug in the upper part of radiator to “on” position , and then starts oiling along transformer, after radiator is filled up with oil, turn air-exhausting plug of radiator to “off: position. iii. Switch the valves of the upper &lower union coupling of radiator to “on” position, and

14、then starts oiling along transformer under vacuum condition. For dismantlement the detachable gilled radiator, it is required to drain oil first of all. The method of oil drainage is , firstly switch off the upper & lower valves that linked to radiator, turn air-exhausting plug in the upper part of

15、radiator to “on” position, and turn oil-drain plug in the latter part of radiator to “on” position, then the drainage can be effected. After oil drainage stated above, the radiator can be dismantled. After dismantling, sealing pad & cover slab should be set at flange of upper &lower union coupling o

16、f radiator, and further the valves should be set with cover board correspondingly. 3.Mantenance As the steel plate of gilled radiator is comparatively thinner (the thickness is merely 1mm), it is easily to be damaged by rust. On that account, it`s required to guarantee soundness of lacquer film f
