12、e,steel structure need grounding.电气设备的金属外壳,电气设备的支架,电缆的金属铠带、泵类、金属设备、管线、钢结构需接地。3.1.5 Grounding wire of AC electrical equipment can use the following grounding body for grounding:交流电气设备的接地线可利用下列接地体接地:3.1.5.1Buildings metal structure(beam and column and the likes)and the reinforcement bar inside the con

13、crete structure as specified by the design.建筑物的金属结构(梁、柱等)及设计规定的混凝土结构内部的钢筋。3.1.5.2 Track of crane for production,casing of distribution devices,corridor,platform,lift shaft,crane and lift frame,steel beam of conveyance belt,electrofilter frame and the like metal structure.生产用的起重机的轨道、配电装置的外壳、走廊、平台、电梯竖

14、井、起重机与升降机的构架、运输皮带的钢梁、电除尘器的构架等金属结构。3.1.5.3 Distribution steel tube 配线的钢管。3.1.6 Grounding body(wire)will be welded by lap welding,its lapping length must be according to the following specification 接地体(线)的焊接应采用搭接焊,其搭接长度必须符合下列规定:3.1.6.1 Flat steel will be 2 times of its width(and 3 edges to be welded a

15、t least).扁钢为其宽度的 2 倍(且至少 3 个棱边焊接)。3.1.6.2 Round steel will be 6 times of its diameter.圆钢为其直径的 6 倍。3.1.6.3 For round steel connection to flat stee,the length will be 6 times of the round steel diameter.圆钢与扁钢连接时,其长度为圆钢直径的 6 倍。3.1.6.4 When welding of flat steel with steel pipe,flat steel with angle ste

16、el,for reliable connection,besides the welding at the both sides of the contact location,welding shall be done by steel band bent in the form of curve clip or by steel band directly bent in the form of curve type(or right angle type)welding with steel pipe(or ange steel).CHINA NATIONAL NANHAI ENGINE

18、ng wire will be installed according to the following requirements:明敷接地线的安装应符合下列要求:3.1.7.1 Easy to check.应便于检查。3.1.7.2 Laying position should not interfere with dismantlement and maintenance of equipment 敷设位置不应妨碍设备的拆卸与检修。3.1.7.3 For distance between support pieces,the horizontal straight part will be

19、 0.5-1m as proper;vertical part will be 1.5-3m as proper;the turning part will be 0.3-0.5m as proper.支持件间的距离,在水平直线部分宜为 0.51.5m;垂直部分宜为 1.53m;转弯部分宜为 0.30.5m。3.1.7.4 Grounding wire should be laid down horizontally or vertically,or parallel with the tilt structure of buildings;on straight section,no ups

20、 and downs and curvature will be allowed.接地线应按水平或垂直敷设,亦可与建筑物倾斜结构平行敷设;在直线段上,不应有高低起伏及弯曲等情况。3.1.7.5 When gounding wire laying down horizontally along building wall,it will be at a distance of 250-300mm from the ground;the gap between grounding wire and building wall will be 10-15mm as proper.接地线沿建筑物墙壁水

21、平敷设时,离地面距离宜为 250300mm;接地线与建筑物墙壁间的间隙宜为 1015mm。3.1.7.6 When grounding wire across the expansion joint,settlement joint of building,compensator should be provided.The compensator may use grounding wire bent into curve type instead.在接地线跨越建筑物伸缩缝、沉降缝处时,应设置补偿器。补偿器可用接地线本身弯成弧状代替。3.1.8 The gap between vertica

24、nd other postion where may possibly damage the grounding wire,pipe or angel steel should be used for protection.Penetration of grounding wire through walls,floors and grounds should install additional steel tube or other solid protective sleeve.The position easy to be chemically corroded should take

25、 corrosion prevention measures,接地线应防止发生机械损伤和化学腐蚀。在道路或管道等交叉及其他可能使接地线遭受损伤处,均应用管子或角钢等加以保护。接地线在穿过墙壁,楼板和地坪处应加装钢管或其他坚固的保护套,有化学腐蚀的部位还应采取防腐措施。3.1.10 Grounding trunk should be connected with grouding net at two and more different points.Natural grounding should be connected with grounding trunk or grounding

26、net at two and more different points.接地干线应在不同的两点及以上与接地网相连接。自然接地体应在不同的两点及以上与接地干线或接地网相连接。3.1.11 Grounding for every electrical installation should be connected by separate grounding wire with grounding trunk.One grounding wire should not be concatenated with several electrical installations required f

27、or grounding.每个电气装置的接地应以单独的接地线与接地干线相连接,不得在一个接地线中串接几个需要接地的电气装置。3.1.12 After completion of grounding electrode laying down,backfilling soil for the soil ditch should not havie inclusive stone and building rubbish,and the likes;the soil from outsourcing should not have stronger corrosivity;backfilling

28、should be compacted in layers.接地体敷设完后的土沟其回填土内不应夹有石块和建筑垃圾等;外取的土壤不得有较强的腐蚀性;在回填土时应分层夯实。3.1.13 At the entry of the grounding wire leading to the building and at the point of temporary earthing for maintenance,white primer should be brushed and marked with black color.At the CHINA NATIONAL NANHAI ENGINEE

30、tion clip to be easily separated.Disconnection clip should have protective measures.在接地线引向建筑物的入口处和在检修用临时接地点处,均应刷白色底漆并标以黑色记号。自然接地体与人工接地体连接处应有便于分开的断接卡。断接卡应有保护措施。3.1.14 Total value of earthing resistance shall not exceed 1 ohm.总的接地电阻值不超过 1 欧姆。Lightning Protection and Earth Connection Test Diagram 防雷接地测

31、试示意图 3.1.15 Lightning proection rod and metal lightning protection net on the building should be connected into an entirety with oter metal objects on the top of the building.建筑物上的避雷针或防雷金属网应和建筑物顶部的其他金属物体连接成一个整体。3.1.16 Lightning protection rod(net,strip)and other earthing deives should adopt the cons

32、truction procedure method from the lower part to the upper part.At first,install centralized earthing devices,then install down lead,and at last install air-termination system.避雷针(网、带)及其接地装置,应采取自下而上的施工程序。首先安装集中接地装置,后安装引下线,最后安装接闪器。3.1.17 If lightning facilities on the building should adopt multiple d

35、rod down lead and earthing devices should be stainless steel material.避雷针(带)的引下线及接地装置使用的紧固件均应使用不锈钢制品。3.1.19 Separate lightning protection rod and earthing devices should have a distance larger than 3m from the entrance of the building and road.If the distance is less than 3m,equal pressure measures

36、will be taken or cobble stone or asphalt ground surface will be constructed.独立避雷针及其接地装置与道路或建筑物的出入口等的距离应大于 3m。当小于 3m 时,应采取均压措施或铺设卵石或沥青地面。3.1.20 Separate lightning protection rod(wire)should provide with separate centralized earthing devices.If there is difficulty,the earthing device may connect with

37、the grounding net,but for the connecting point of lightning protection rod with main grounding net to the underground connecting point of 35kV and lower equipment with the main grounding net,the length along the grounding body shoul not be less than 15m.独立避雷针(线)应设置独立的集中接地装置。当有困难时,该接地装置可与接地网连接,但避雷针与主

38、接地网的地下连接点至 35kV 及以下设备与主接地网的地下连接点,沿接地体的长度不得小于 15m。3.1.21 Frame of the distribution equipment or the lightning protection rod on the roof should be connected with the grounding net,and centralized grounding deviced should be provided nearby.配电装置的架构或屋顶上的避雷针应与接地网连接,并应在其附近装设集中接地装置。3.1.22 Acceptance inspe

39、ction should be carried out according to the following requirements:在验收时应按下列要求进行检查:3.1.22.1 Connection for the exposed part of the whole grounding net should be reliable.The size of grounding wire should be correct.Anticorrosive coating should be in good condition.Identification should be complete a

42、equency grounding resistance and other testing data as required by design should be in accordance with the design specification.No measurement will be done for earth resistance after rain.工频接地电阻值及设计要求的其他测试参数符合设计规定,雨后不应立即测量接地电阻。4.Safety Measures 安全措施安全措施:4.1 Prior to construction,it is essential that

43、 all construction personnel must be given safety education.Those who are not qualified shall not be allowed to approach to the site.Constructors PPE standard should follow Bayers requirements and HSE management system 施工前,必须对全体施工人员进行安全教育并接受拜耳的安全培训,不合格者,不得进入现场;施工人员入场 PPE 标准执行拜耳要求和安全管理制度。4.2 Full-time

44、 safety supervisor and security guard will be provide at constrtuction site to prevent occurrence of safety accident.施工现场设专职安全员和保卫人员,预防和杜绝安全事故的发生;4.3 Safety PPE such as Insulating gloves,insulating shoes,electric marking pen,safety belts used for construction shall be maintained and managed by speci
