3、s July 2006 Yenchao,Kaohsiung,Taiwan,Republic of China 中華民國九十五七月中華民國九十五七月 I中文摘要中文摘要 自動倉儲又稱之為自動存取系統(Automated Storage/Retrieval System,AS/RS),其特點在用機械配合電腦程序控制以操作貨品之取回與儲存,因此又稱為無人倉庫。自動倉儲可分為硬體及軟體二部份,硬體選擇須配合軟體設計才能相輔相成,而自動倉儲設施中存取機為最重要的魂之一,有單載具與雙載具之分,近比較這種載具的績效評估常於國內外文獻中。根據本研究調查在相同環境下,單載具對雙載具存取機的設置成本比約 1:1.
4、4 以上,故本研究認為在相同環境下雙載具效能應高於單載具 40%是為合。本文的評估方式是以儲存與取回平均等待時間、系統存取速及雙指之執比作為準則,然後配合出入庫站位及出入庫時段等設定的同,逐一實驗比較單/雙載具二系統之績效表現。本研究採用系統模擬軟體 Arena 8.0 版建構自動倉儲模型以進分析。實驗結果發現,雙載具的優勢在進出位置分時較佳,在進出時段重疊時亦較明顯,但是在考慮 AS/RS 設置成本的差後,本研究認為雙載具系統之效並未能勝過單載具系統。研究成果可提供給業界建構自動倉儲系統時之考。關鍵字:自動倉儲系統、存取機、績效評估、系統模擬 IIAbstract The Automated
5、 Storage/Retrieval System(AS/RS)uses machinery with computer process control to operate the storage and retrieval of warehouse stock.The entire system can be divided into the hardware structure and the software control.Choice of the hardware must coordinate with the software design to complement eac
6、h another.And the storage/retrieval machine is arguably the most important part in AS/RS.In recent years,there is a significant literature on the comparison of single shuttle versus twin shuttle.According to our own investigation,the ratio of construction costs of a single shuttle system to a twin s
7、huttle system is approximately 1:1.4.Therefore,this research proposes that,given the same environment,the capacity or the effectiveness of a twin shuttle system should be higher than a single shuttle system by at least 40%.The evaluation in this research is based on average storage/retrieval waiting
8、 time,the scale factor,and the ratio of dual command.We vary the locations of input/output stations and the time periods of storage/retrieval operations to compare the performance of a single shuttle system and a twin shuttle system.This research uses Arena 8.0 simulation software to conduct the exp
9、eriment.The results suggest that the twin shuttle system would perform better if the input/output stations are in separate locations or the time periods of storage/retrieval operations do not overlap.However,after considering the AS/RS establishment cost,we conclude that the performance of a twin shuttle system is not necessarily superior to a single shuttle system.This research can provide valuable information to those who intend to establish an AS/RS system in the future.Keywords:Automated Storage/Retrieval System;Storage/Retrieval Machine;Performance Evaluation;Simulation.
