2、电话、电视机、电冰箱、卫生间、取暖和降温设备的住房;受聘期在半年或一学年以上的受聘方提供的住房,须配有厨房。(2) 提供公费医疗或医疗保险。若提供全部或部分公费医疗费用,可规定受聘方须在聘方指定的涉外医院就医,在非指定医院就医费用自理,受聘方的挂号、就医交通、镶牙、整容、保健按摩、配眼镜、住院用餐和服用非医疗性的滋补药品以及医生出诊等费用自理;若提供医疗保险,可由双方协商各自承担的比例。(3) 为工作地点和住所相距较远的受聘方提供上下班交通,或给予适当的交通补贴。(4) 国际机票(中国至受聘方国最近距离经济舱国际机票)。(5) 行李运输费(如果空运,应以24公斤行李分离运输价格计价,不要以随机

3、运输价格计价,而应按国际机票费人民币价值的1/5计算(大致等于24公斤行李分离运输费支付受聘方。因中美航线规定可免费承运两大件64公斤,所以,对来自美国的受聘方可不负担其行李运输费)。二、工作时间和休息休假1. 受聘方每日工作时间为八小时,每周工作时间为五天。2. 聘方安排受聘方延长工作时间,将依据法定标准支付高于正常工作时间的工资报酬。3. 受聘方享受中国下列节日休假:元旦、春节、国际劳动节、国庆节以及法律、法规规定的其他节假日。4. 受聘方可按其国籍和信仰相应享受下列节日休假:圣诞节两天;屠牲节(古尔邦节)三天;开斋节一天;泼水节一天。5. 受聘方可享受带薪年休假,受聘方合同期为一年的,享

4、受带薪休假四周。受聘方在教育机构工作,合同期为一学年的,享受所在教育机构的一个假期(寒假或暑假)带薪休假。6. 受聘方连续在华工作一般不得超过五年,再次应聘来华工作须在两年以后。三、病假和事假1. 受聘方请病假,须凭聘方指定的涉外医院医生证明。受聘方在一个合同期(一年或一学年)内,累计病假不满三十天,工资按照100%发给;超过三十天后,聘方有权解除聘用合同;若未解除合同,工资将按70%发给,直至恢复正常工作为止。在合同期内,受聘方因公在中国境内出差,在当地政府指定的涉外医院诊的医疗费用,由聘方支付;因私外出就诊的医疗费用自理。在合同期内,聘方在台湾、香港、澳门地区和中国境外就诊的医疗费用自理。

5、2. 受聘方请假须经聘方同意,聘方将按日扣发工资,在合同期(一年或一学年)事假累计不得超过十天。未经聘方同意而擅离职守的,旷职一天,扣发三天工资。情节严重的,聘方有权解除合同,并追究受聘方的违约责任。四、合同试用期和信誉保证金1、受聘方的试用期为60天。在试用期内,聘方如发现受聘方健康状况或专业水平等不能胜任本聘用合同规定的工作任务,有权解除合同。2、或他人介绍而应聘的,应由受聘方自购机票(以证明自己确有诚意应聘),在试用期满后予以报销。五、(当事人双方认为标准聘用合同中没有涵盖的其他事项)。六、聘用合同附件各项条款的确定和变更均须由当事人双方协商,并以书面形式做出约定,任何口头协议均视为无效

12、on, Cancellation and Termination of the Contract1. Both parties should abide by the contract and should refrain from revising, canceling, or terminating the contract without mutual consent.2. The contract can be revised, canceled, or terminated with mutual consent. Before both parties have reached a

13、n agreement, the contract should be strictly observed.3. Party A has the right to cancel the contract with a written notice to Party B under the following conditions;(1) Party B does not fulfill the contract or does not fulfill the contract obligations according to the terms stipulated, and has fail

14、ed to amend after Party A has pointed it out.(2) According to the doctors diagnosis, Party B cannot resume normal work after a continued 30 day sick leave.4. Party B has the right to cancel the contract with a written notice to party A under the following conditions:(1) Party A has not provided Part
