1、 安装RA-100D型加油站液化回收装置的必要性

对未进行一次油气回收改造的加油站或虽然已进行一次油气回收改造但未能有效使用的加油站，卸油时会造成大量油气短时间内集中释放到大气中,不仅影响环境,也是一种极大的浪费；
For the gas station that has not carried out the primary oil gas recycle transformation or the gas station that has carried out the primary oil gas recycle transformation which has not been put into effective use, large amount of oil gas may be centralized and released to the atmosphere within a short time, which will not only affect the environment but also a great waste;

2.1 用途
2.1 Purpose
针对加油站卸油过程中溢出的油气，本产品通过采用特种防爆制冷技术进行处理，可使绝大部分油气经液化回到油罐,从而达到节能环保的目的。
For the oil gas escaped in the oil unloading process of the oil station, the product can make the vast majority of oil gas be liquefied and back to the oil tanks by using special explosion-proof and refrigeration technology to achieve energy saving purposes.
本产品连接在油罐和油罐车之间，在高浓度油气通过一次油气回收管道进入油罐车前将其绝大部分进行液化回收。
This product is connected between the oil tank and the oil tank, before the oil gas with high concentration enter into the tank and tanker through the primary oil gas recycle pipe, most of them will be liquefied and recycled.
本产品符合GB3836.1-2010，GB3836.2-2010,GB3836.3-2010,GB3836.4- 2010，GB3836.9-2006，GB3836.15-2000防爆标准的要求，适用于1区含有IIA、T3等级爆炸性气体混合物的场所。
This product can meet the requirements on explosion-proof standard of GB3836.1-2010, GB3836.2-2010, GB3836.3-2010, GB3836.4- 2010, GB3836.9-2006, GB3836.15-2000 and suit for places in Zone 1 contains explosive gas mixture with IIA and T3 grade.
2.2 产品组成

RA-100D型油气液化回收装置主要由撬装主机组成。
RA-100D type of oil gas liquidation& recycle equipment is mainly composed of skid mounted main machine.
2.2.1 主机

主机是本产品的主体部分。本产品的油气液化回收功能全部由主机完成
Main machine is the main body of the product. The oil gas liquidation& recycle function of this product is mainly completed by the main machine.
主机门板上安装有紧急停机旋钮，用于发生紧急情况时及时切断供电电源。
Emergency shut down button is installed on the door panel of the main machine, and it is used for cut off the power supply in emergency condition.
主机是隔爆型防爆设计，安装在加油站油气回收及排放管线区域。
The explosion-proof design of the main machine is flame-proof type, and the main machine is installed in the oil gas recycle and discharge pipeline area of the oil station.
2.3液化回收高浓度油气的工作原理
2.3 Operating principle of liquefying and recycling the oil gas with high concentrations.
2.3.1油罐车卸油前5分钟启动设备预冷;
2.3.1 Start the equipment for pre-cooling 5 minutes before the oil unloading of the tanker;
2.3.2油罐车往加油站地下罐卸油时，大量的油气和空气的混合气体从油罐中被挤出，该气体通过特种防爆制冷机时，绝大部分油气被液化变成汽油并被送回储油罐，剩余少部分油气排入油罐车。
2.3.2 When the oil is unloaded from the oil tanker to the underground tank of the oil station, a large amount of mixed gas of the oil gas and the air will be squeezed out from the tank, when the gas is going through the special explosion-proof refrigerator, most of the oil gas will be liquefied to gasoline and be sent back into gasoline storage tanks, and a small amount of the remaining oil gas will be discharged into the oil tank.

2.3.3 卸油结束,停止设备运行。

3．安装
3. Installation
本产品安装时应严格遵守加油站有关安全生产的规定。
The installation of this product shall strictly observe the provisions concerning the safety production of the oil station.
3.1 主机安装场合及环境要求
3.1 Occasion and environmental requirements of main machine installations
3.1.1本产品主机是隔爆本安混合型防爆设计，防爆标志是 Ex d e ib mb ⅡA T3 Gb /Ex c II T3 Gb，适于安装在爆炸性气体环境的 1 区和2 区。
3.1.1 The explosion-proof design of the main machine of this product is mixed type of flameproof and intrinsically safe, the explosion-proof sign is Ex d e ib mb ⅡA T3 Gb /Ex c II T3 Gb, which is suitable for installation in Zone 1 and Zone 2 in explosive gas atmospheres.
3.1.2本产品主机安装在加油站的室外露天处，周围通风要好，地势不可太低，防止浸水。
3.1.2 The main machine of this product shall be installed in the open air of the oil station, the ventilation condition around shall be good and the height shall not be too low to prevent flooding.
3.1.3本产品主机安装位置应选择在加油站内少有人员走动的僻静处，但距离围墙或加油站的建筑物要在3米以上。
3.1.3 The installation position of this product shall be a quiet location with few people working around in the oil station, but the distance between the product and the wall or the buildings in the oil stations shall be more than 3 meters.
3.1.4本产品主机安装位置的选择还应考虑便于从加油站的油罐呼吸管引入进气管至主机和便于从主机引出回油管至油罐。
3.1.4 The position selection of the main machine of the product shall also consider that it shall be convenient to introduce the inlet pipe to the main machine from the tank breather pipe of the oil tank and it shall also be convenient to introduce the oil return pipe to the oil tank from the main machine.
3.1.5本产品运行环境温度为-25℃～+55℃。

3.2 基础要求
3.2 Foundation requirements
本产品主机应安装在坚固平整的混凝土基础上，基础应高出地面200mm，以防水浸。基础平面的水平度应控制在2mm/m以内。
The main machine of this product shall be installed on the solid and flat concrete foundation which is 200mm above ground level to prevent flooding. The levelness of the foundation plane shall be controlled within 2mm / m.
加油站接地线网引至基础内图示位置。基础条件图如下：
The grounding wire of the oil station shall be introduced to the position of the foundation as shown. The information drawing of the foundation is as follows:

3.3管线安装
3.3 Pipeline installation
3.3.1 设备与管的连接
3.3.1 Connection of the equipment and the pipeline
与设备连接的管有2路，即进气管和排放管。在设备的背面下方留有这2个管的快速连接接头，用卸油软管把设备和油罐车进气接头连接便可；
There are 2 ways of pipelines connected to the equipment that is the inlet pipeline and the discharge pipeline. Fast connection joints are reserved for the 2 pipelines at the bottom of the rear side; it is required to use the oil unloading hose to connect the equipment and the inlet connection of the tanker.
与设备连接的电缆线有_1_路，用户到设备的电源电缆为：RVVP5x6规格，其连接方式如下图：
There are 1 cable connecting with the equipment, the specification of the power cable from the user to the equipment is RVVP5x6 and the connection method is shown as below:

3.3.2管铺设要求
3.3.2 Pipe laying requirements
管线铺设按下面标准施工：
The pipe laying shall be constructed according to the following standard:
3.3.2.1一般选择设备进气管与多个油罐之间的油气连通管连接。若选择设备的进气管与油罐的呼吸管（排放管）连接，则应与最高标号汽油的油罐的呼吸管连接。
3.3.2.1 Generally select the inlet pipeline of the equipment to connect with the oil gas communicating pipe among several tanks. If the inlet pipeline of the selected equipment is connected to the breathing pipe (discharge pipe) of the oil tank, it shall be connected to the air pipe of the oil tank with highest grade.
3.3.2.2设备的回油管应与最低标号汽油的油罐连接。
3.3.2.2 The oil return pipe of the equipment shall be connected to the oil tank with the lowest grade.
3.3.2.3进气管坡度不小于1％。.
3.3.2.3 The gradient of the inlet pipe shall not less than 1％.
3.3.3 相关技术要求
3.3.3 Relevant technical requirements
3.3.3.1按照国家标准GB 20952-2007的要求，管线铺设完成后应做密闭性测试，保证在小于500Pa时不漏气。
3.3.3.1 In accordance with the requirements of national standard GB 20952-2007, tightness test shall be carried out to the pipeline after the completion of the laying to ensure that there is no leakage under 500Pa.
3.3.3.2油罐的呼吸管排放口应按 GB 50156的要求安装压力/真空阀（呼吸阀）。
3.3.3.2 Pressure/vacuum valve (breather valve) shall be installed in the discharge outlet of the breathing pipe of the oil tank according to the requirements of GB 50156.
3.3.3.3铺设在地下的油气管线不得使用柔性管，以免油气凝结产生液阻。
3.3.3.3 Flexible pipes shall not be used for the oil gas pipeline under the ground to avoid condensation and generate liquid resistance.

管线铺设方案1
Pipe installation scheme 1
1、 设备的进气管选择与油罐的呼吸管（排放管）连接，则应与最高标号汽油的油罐连接
1. If the inlet pipe of the equipment is connected to the breathing pipe (discharging pipe) of the oil tank, it shall be connected to the oil tank with the highest grade.
2、设备的回油管应与最低标号汽油的油罐连接
2. The oil return pipe of the equipment shall be connected to the oil tank with the lowest grade

技术要求
Technical requirements
1、 进气管、回油管均应坡向油罐，坡度不小于1%
1. The slope aspect of the inlet pipe, oil return pipe shall toward the oil tank and the gradient shall not less than 1％.
2、空气排放管的排放口距地平面的高度应不低于4米，排放口应安装排气帽
2. The height of the discharge outlet of air discharge port shall not less than 4 m from the ground level. And flame arrester vent cap shall be installed on the discharge outlet.
3、管线铺设完成后应按国家标准GB20592-2007做密闭性测试，保证在小于750Pa时不漏气
3. Tightness test shall be carried out to the pipeline after the completion of the laying in accordance with the requirements of national standard GB 20952-2007, to ensure that there is no leakage under 750Pa.
4、油罐的呼吸管排放口应按GB50156的要求安装压力/真空阀（呼吸阀）

5、铺设在地下的油气管线不要使用柔性管，以免油气凝结产生液阻

6、从配电房引一条RVV5*2.5护套电缆和一条4*1.0屏蔽电缆到设备基础，从1镀锌管穿入，两端预留3米长

4.经济效益分析
4. Economic benefit analysis
对于未安装RA-100D型加油站液化回收装置的二级加油站(一般油罐容积在90～150m3之间，每天汽油营业量25m3左右)，在不考虑油罐小呼吸的情况下，每天因卸油补库存约有25m3油气会排放掉，其中的含油约为：25x1.4=35(kg)。
For the secondary oil station (generally with the tank volume between 90 ~ 150 m3 and daily sales volume of gasoline about 25 m3) that has not installed with RA-100D type of liquefaction& recycle equipment for gas station, without considering the small breathing in the oil tank, there are about 25m3 oil gas generated by oil unloading and re-stocking will be discharged every day, which contains about 25x1.4 = 35 (kg) oil.

加油站安装RA-100D型加油站液化回收装置,可在油气排放前将其绝大部分汽油分子予以液化回收。
The installation of the RA-100D type of oil gas liquefaction& recycle equipment for gas station can liquefy and recycle the vast majority of the oil gas molecules before they are discharged.

5. 试机操作
5. Test run operation
只有经过永邦公司培训合格的专业人员，才能对本设备进行操作或调试。
Only the qualified professional personnel trained by Windbell EP Company can carry out the operation or test run to this equipment.
只有在仔细检查安装并确认开机前检查条目完成的情况下，才能向该系统送电。
On the condition that the installation is carefully checked and the checking items are completed before the start-up, the power can be supplied to the system.
5.1 开机前的检查
5.1 Check before the start-up
1. 主机的外接管道（进气管和空气排放管）是否已准确对应连接好。
1. Check that whether the external pipes (inlet pipe and the air discharge pipe) of the main machine are accurate and connected correspondence.
2. 引入主机的电缆是否已正确接入防爆接线盒。
2. Whether the cable introduced to the main machine is connected to explosion-proof junction box properly.
3. 防爆接线盒是否密封完好。
3. Whether the explosion-proof junction box is sealed completely.
4. 接地线是否可靠接地。
4. Whether the ground wire is grounded reliably.
5. 主机的地脚螺栓是否已紧固。
5. Whether the foundation bolts of the main machine are tightened.
5.2 试机步骤
5.2 Test run steps
在确认以上检查工作完成后，关好主机门板。然后，按以下步骤试机：
After confirming the completion of the above checks, shut the door of the main machine. Then carry out the following test run steps:
1. 合闸送电；
1. Switch on and supply power;
2．K1选到“I”，急停按键右旋；
2. Shift the K1 to “I” and screw the emergency stop button rightward;
3. 控制开关选到“启动”档；设备开始运行；
3. Shift the control switch to the “start-up” position; and the machine starts to run;
4. 在设备运行状态下，检查主机是否有异常声音、异常振动或泄漏，检查冷却风扇是否工作正常，工作指示灯是否正常；
4. Under the operating conditions of the equipment, check that whether there is abnormal sound, abnormal vibration or leak to the main machine and check whether there the cooling fan is working properly and whether the work indicating lamp is working properly;

发现以上任何异常情况，请立即按下主机上的急停按钮，然后再断开电源，进行检修。
In case any abnormal conditions above are found, please press the emergency stop button on the main machine immediately, and then disconnect the power supply for maintenance.
表面烫手警示！设备的某些部件即使在停机时，也有可能温度很高，请一定小心，确认冷却后再对其进行作业。
Hot surface warning! Some parts of the equipment may have a high temperature when even when it stops, please be careful and carry out the operation after confirming that it is cool down.
6．操作及显示

只有经过永邦公司培训合格的专业人员，才能操作本设备。

按要求连接好各个管道；
1. Connect all the pipelines according to the requirement;
2、卸油前5分钟，控制开关选择“启动”档，设备开始预冷，运行灯自动点亮，制冷机、风机开始运行。
2. Select the “start-up” shift of the control switch 5 minutes before oil unloading and the equipment start the pre-cooling, the operating lights will automatically lights up and the refrigerator, fan starts operating.
3、预冷5分钟后开始卸油；
3. Oil loading shall be started 5 minutes after the pre-cooling;
4、缷油过程中请注意查看集油罐中液面高度，避免溢出；
