I like eating fruit and vegetables what are of great benefit to our healthy. Not only do they prevent us from falling into ill, but they help us lose weight. I used to hate vegetables, but follow the doctor’s advice, I gradually kicked the bad habit. Just as an old saying going, “An apple a day keeps the doctor away”. However, there are still many children dislike fruit and vegetables. On contrary, influenced by this or that kind of advertisement, many were crazy about junk food. Consequently, they become weaker and weaker instead of getting strong. In my opinion, we must take action to change them.

Never should I forget the first English lesson giving by Miss Liu. On that day, when she entered the classroom, we found out that she was a young and beautiful lady. Then she introduced her and said we shouldn’t call her Teacher Liu but Miss. Liu. Late, she let us go to the blackboard and say something about ourselves in English on turn. When it was my turn, I felt so shy that I don’t dare to say anything before the class. She went up to me and said kind, “Don’t be afraid. Last Sunday I saw a worst storm in years．It came sudden and went on for over three hours．After lunch, I went into my room to have a rest．The air was hot, but all was quiet．Then a strong wind started to blow into my room．Pieces of paper on my desk flew high into the air and some flew out the open window．As I ran out to catch it, big drop of rain began to fall．When I come back into the house, it was raining more harder and harder．Then I heard a loud crashing sound from the back of the house．When I ran out to find out that had happened, a big tree had fallen down and broke the top of the backroom．
