Yes, I did. or No, I didn't.
2. How are you going to give lessons to little kids?
I think I am going to use all kinds of materials that are available like CD player, pictures, word cards, TV, magazines, games ects in my lessons. I am going to use different teaching meathods to help children with different learning styles.
3. Can you demonstrate one lesson?

4. What is the difference between teaching elementary school children and the junior high school children?

well, when teaching little kids a teacher has to be more patient.He/she has to use lots of songs, games, body language to attract their attention, raise their learning interest and also help student to learn English better. The forms of each lesson should be different.
Teaching junior high school kids is a little bit different. I can introduce some grammer. I can give them more written work and I can have more discussions with the children.
5. How are you going to keep the students interested in learning English?
How are you going to keep your lessons interesting?
I will try my best to use all the teaching methodologies I learned at school to reach each child. Stories, poems, riddles, jokes, songs are all good for little kids. I will have them practice English as a whole class, group work, pair work or independent work. Whatever works out for the children I will do it. There is never one way to success.

What is necessary for a good English teacher?
  In my opinion,a good English teacher must possess many good qualities.
   Firstly,he must love the teaching job.He must be interested in his students.He must have the sense of responsibility and enthusiasm.He must have self-confidence and believes that he is able to teach his language students well
   Secondly,a good English teacher must have a complete knowledge system of the English language including  pronunciation,vocabulary,grammam rules,etc.That is to say,he is required to have received special training.
   Thirdly,he must have a knowledge of education and psychology.He knows that language learning is closely related to the students' feelings and emotions.
  Fourthly,a good English teacher must have a good temper,rich imagination and great patience. He tolerates or puts up with the students' mistakes. He never laughs at his students who can't speak English well,never looks down upon those who are poor in English,especially when they failed the examinations.
   Fifthly,a good English teacher must form the good habit of reflective thinking,which leads to reflective teaching.That is, a teacher takes the advantage of his practical teaching experience, finding problems during  the course of practice and trying to find solutions to these problems through thorough thinking and observing in order to achieve the goal of self-improvement and self-perfection.Poser(1989)put forward a formular for teachers' growth:Experience+reflective thinking=growth.

² deductive method
The deductive method relies on reasoning, analyzing and comparing. Its teaching procedure is:

² inductive method
In the inductive method, the teacher provides learners with authentic language data and induces the learners to realize grammar rules without any form of explicit (clear) explanation. Students will become evident to the grammar rules if they are given enough appropriate examples.It’s teaching procedure is:

10:How have you handled a situation where a student is consistently late to your class?
Because life is full of all kins of emergencies, sometimes being late for class by accident is acceptable. I will not make fuss and just use some hints to suggest students to his seat,thus not interrupting the normal class.If the student is consistently late to your class? Lei feng is a symbol of doing good. And i think the spirit of Leifeng will be never out of fashion. Because it stand for positive energy,which we often say in nowadays. It is very normal for this situation,because they ar from different backgrounds.if i were the teacher. I would give him more patience and encouragement and deal with from the following aspects: Firstly: home visites and know the learning environment of this students, ask for help from parent. Secondly:Communicated with him and put me in his shoes to think. Eg: call his roll in the class. Thirdly :carry out more class activities.
