** 螺纹组合：金属＋聚酰胺或聚酰胺＋聚酰胺 / Thread combination: metal + polyamide or polyamide + polyamide
注意：以上数据为近似值。在实际应用中请考虑螺纹的影响。The dates are approximate values. At application please take into account the influence of the counter-thread.
接头带消除应力设计 / Connector to achieve strain relief

当设计和指定安装两个连接点时，以下尺寸应要计算在内。
在每个管接头内的插入长度要额外计算，请参照下表。
The following dimensions have to be taken into account if designing and specifying a certain length between two connecting points. The push-in length have to be additionally considered for each connector as mentioned below.

如不正确安装，将不能达到指定IP 防水防尘等级。

1.
使用PMACUT 剪切工具剪切软管，剪切面与软管轴心垂直。

Straight cut with PMA Cutting tool PMACUT, 90o to the conduit axis.
2.
管卡已预先安装，推入时轻微转动直至不能推入为止。

The retaining clip is pre-mounted. Push in with a slight twist until the stop.
3.
轻微回拉软管，确保锁紧。

Pull back slightly to ensure the locking mechanism is fully engaged.
4.
在振动或相似情况下的应用建议：为保护螺纹最好使用密封胶或黏合剂。（如：Loctite）

Recommendation for applications under vibrations or similar: Protect threads with commercial adhesive or seal compound (e.g. Loctite).
5.
安装管接头的软管部分不要弯曲，如果定位请使用管夹或其他支撑。

Do not bend off the PMAFLEX conduit directly after the connector. If necessary destine the direction with a system support or similar.
6.
为安全起见： 需用螺丝刀才能开启管夹。

For safety reasons: To re-open a screwdriver has to be used.

1.
使用PMACUT 剪切工具剪切软管，剪切面与软管轴心垂直。

Straight cut with PMA Cutting tool PMACUT, 90o to the conduit axis.
2.
软管－密封套－管接头管夹－O 型环或垫圈

Conduit – Seal Cap – Connector - Oval Clip – Flat Gasket or O-ring
3.
将密封套安装于软管末端， 根据IEC529/EN60529 标准， 防护等级可达IP68 。

Push seal cap onto end of conduit to achieve an ingress protection up to IP68 according to IEC 529 / EN 60529.
4.
为安装方便， 密封套可使用水或润滑剂来润滑。

For ease of installation moisten seal cap with water or lubricant.
5.
将带密封套的软管完全推进接头。（如果密封套没有完全安装好，管卡将不能安装）

Push conduit with seal cap with slight twist fully into connector. (For safety reasons, retaining clip will not fit if seal cap is not fully installed.)
6.
推进管卡直至完全配合。（确保管卡缺口部位在软管侧）

Push in the Retaining Oval Clip until the barbed hooks are optimal set. (Ensure that the opening slot of the retaining clip is on conduit side)
7.
在振动或相似情况下的应用建议：为保护螺纹最好使用密封胶或黏合剂。（如：Loctite）
