2. Show out the pictures of China, America, England , then teach the word “country”

4. Look at the map of China., and find out the Daqing in the map, and say the position to lead in “east”, “west”.
5. Use the same way to lead in the words: north, south. And teach the words.

课后反思

本课是新标准英语第八册Modul8 Unit1的内容，我将本课的教学目标设计如下：(1)学会说美国著名城市，用east, north, west,south来描述事物的位置；(2)培养学生的交际能力和创造能力，发展学生的个性，拓宽学生的知识面，提高综合素质。本课我是根据新课程标准所提倡的任务型教学来设计的，我采用了以下教学方法：(1)直观教学法：我利用图片直观材料教学，为学生参与课堂提供有利的时机；(2)评价法：对课堂上表现突出的学生我用good, very good, super！等语言对学生进行鼓励，使学生感到成功的喜悦，增加学生对学习英语的兴趣和自信心；(3)模仿示范法：学生模仿地道的课文录音以及教师恰倒好处的形体示范，使学生的语言表达能力有所提高。
本课的单词教学我是这样安排的：我先让学生看各国的图片引出country这个单词。然后让学生看中国地图，找出大庆的位置，引出east, west, north, south这几个方位词，并在黑板上画出简单的方位指示图，让学生更好的理解这四个方向的词，并通过音标法，直观法教授单词，采用了大声读，小声读，齐读，开火车读等多种方式，让学生掌握单词的读音并能很好的记忆。
不足之处：在时间的把握上，时间拿捏得不够准确，以至于最后的环节没有很好的用上。另外在对学生的纠音上没有注意学生的读音，对于单词的教学方法可以更灵活多样些，教师的语言更丰富些。利用电脑图片展示地图，不如准备一个真实的地图，让学生能清楚地了解中国城市的方位。教学设计中，对重点句型的操练不够。重点句型操练时间不够，所以中差生就没有能流利朗读。拓展环节中，对学生举一反三的能力培养的还不够。
只有经过反思的教学，才是有效的教学。在以后的教学中，我还要不断的反思总结，改善自己的教学，提高教学质量。
