河道围堰施工方案 2河道围堰施工方案 一、工程概况 大柳树沟治理工程主河道位于北京市东南郊，起始于楼梓庄桥，终点为东五环桥，总长度5967m，本司所承担的施工段起止桩号为0+3000+550，全长为250m，该段采用钢筋混凝土结构挡墙，混凝土强度等级为C30，抗渗等级为W4，河道净宽10m，挡墙高度2m，由于新建钢筋混凝土挡墙位于现有河道边，施工前需先进行围堰并将围堰内水排出，待围堰内水排出后进行基坑开挖。 二、河道施工导流顺序 1、右岸钢筋混凝土挡墙施工 计划开工后,开始进行右岸的围堰，围堰范围由河道右岸向河中心围，纵向围堰范围0+3380+555，将围堰内的水抽出后，开始进行0+343.50+550的右岸下部结构施工。围堰时，在施工时严格按照河道管理单位的要求进行，以保证围堰后河水能够按要求顺畅流通，右岸施工导流河道横断面示意图如下： 2、左岸钢筋混凝土挡墙施工 待河道右岸下部结构施工完毕验收合格后，开始进行围堰施工。此次围堰从左岸向河道中心围，将右岸至中心的围堰拆除,将河水导入右侧河道,抽出围堰内的水后进行下部结构施工,施工过程中通过合理的计划安排，确保能按时清除围堰，恢复河道，左岸施工导流河道横断面示意图如下： 三、围堰施工方案 1、围堰施工 A、根据我方对现况调查情况,经研究决定，河道内围堰采用中间填土，外侧加土袋的围堰方法。 B、计划开工后，先将河床底上的石块、淤泥等杂物清除干净，再在河道内采用粘性土或砂夹粘土进行填筑，填土外侧堆码两层土袋，土袋间放置一层彩条布。两次围堰的总长为237米，高1。2米，高于现况水面0。5米，边坡为1：1。围堰土方量为683方。 C、围堰时，当填土超过现况水面后，每填筑起20cm碾压一次，逐层压实至距围堰顶部,压实度保证达到95.堆码的土袋的上下层和内外层互相交错，码放密实平整。在土袋与填土之间设置一层彩条布防水层,彩条布下部用木楔固定在河床上，并用土袋压实，禁止河水从底部渗入. D、混凝土挡墙及河底施工完毕后将围堰拆除，人工机械配合将堰体从河道内捞出并弃运。 2、排水设施施工 A、设置集水井:沿围堰内底角0。5米处每10米设一个60cm60cm60cm的集水井,井底铺设20cm厚碎石，共设井44口。 B、明沟设置：在集水井中和围堰之间设置一道明排水沟。宽30cm,深30cm，沟底铺设10cm碎石。 C、共配置3台3KW的潜水泵,逐个将集水井内的水抽出，为确保雨季期间施工顺利，备用2台3KW潜水泵. D、排水沟及集水井待河道施工完毕后采用碎石填至设计河底标高。 四、围堰施工标准 （1）围堰高度高出施工期间现有水面0。5米。 （2)围堰内平面尺寸满足施工的需要。 （3)围堰逐层压实，满足施工过程中承载力要求。 (4）围堰防水严密，减少渗漏。 （5)在筑围堰之前，将堰底下河床底上淤泥杂物清理干净. (6）堆码的土袋的上下层和内外层相互错缝，尽量堆码密实平整。 五、围堰可能发生的紧急情况及对应的应急措施 1、可能存在的集中渗漏原因分析及处理措施 原因分析: 由于填筑土料的质量存在问题，由于填筑的防渗土料的粘度计抗渗指标未达到要求，未能起到很好的防渗效果，可能大面积渗水现象. 围堰与左右两岸岸坡的相接处产生较大渗漏。 处理措施: A、第一种情况的处理措施:选用符合质量的土料，继续在原铺设防渗粘土上填筑，减小渗漏. B、第二种情况的处理措施：主要原因在于岸坡上渣土未清除干净，或粘土与边坡未能较好的结合,一种处理方式是对岸坡渣土进行进一步处理，并填筑防渗粘土，另一种处理方式是增长岸坡的粘土铺盖长度,延长渗径。或以上两种方式同时使用. 如果在渗漏不能得到很好处理，流量过大的情况下，需在围堰下游增设一截水槽，增加排水设配的投入，加大排水量，对渗漏水进行强排，保证基坑在干处进行混凝土作业施工。 2、超标洪水时的应急处理措施 当围堰上游出现超标设计水位洪水，必须发布紧急撤离通知,对在围堰及基坑内施工的所有人员及设备进行紧急转移. 汛期围堰在设计洪水冲刷下可能发生集中渗漏、局部坍塌等险情，为保证围堰安全进行,需对上述险情进行应急处理. 当围堰发生集中渗漏情况，首先在围堰迎水侧找出渗流进水口,及时堵塞，截断渗水来源。同时，在背水侧渗流出口采用反滤料压填，降低水流流速,延缓围堰土料的流失，防止险情扩大。采用盖堵法对围堰渗漏部位进行抢护，采用篷布盖堵，再用土袋或石渣袋抛投压脚，直到断流为止. 围堰出现局部塌方时，及时对塌方范围抛填块石进行修补完善,恢复围堰断面尺寸，防止围堰断面减小、险情扩大。 六、安全施工技术措施 （1）现场施工道路平整、坚实、通畅,危险地带挂醒目的标识牌。 （2)确保必须的安全投入:购置必须的劳动保护用品，安全设备及设施齐全，满足安全生产的需要。围堰边线设置醒目的安全警示牌、警示带。 (3）施工现场的临时用电满足国家安全用电有关规范规定，在截流施工期间,围堰上面照明度应满足围堰的安全巡视检查机及施工要求。 （4）多方收集水情和气象预报资料,做好洪水和气象灾害的预报工作,一旦发现有可能危及工程和人身安全的洪水和气象的预兆的，采取有效的防洪和防灾措施，确保工程和人员、财产的安全。 （5）实施机械安全管理，所有操作人员持证上岗，使用期间定机定人，保证设备完好，围堰卸料处应有专人进行指挥，指挥人员配备令旗、哨子等。 (6)机动车辆必须执行公安部制定的交通规则，严禁无证驾驶和酒后驾驶。 （7）所有运载车辆均不准超载、超宽、超高运输。 (8)自卸汽车、装载机除驾驶员外不准乘人，所有车辆驾驶室不准超员。 （9）装渣时应将车辆停稳并制动。 （10)运输车辆应文明行驶、不抢道、不违章，施工区内行驶速度不能超过规定速度. （11）起重运输设备，使用时应设专人指挥,禁止斜吊，禁止任何人站在吊运物品上或者存在下面停留和行走,物件悬空时，驾驶人员不能离开操作岗位。 （12)施工现场的排水设施应全面规划，其设置位置不得妨碍交通，并须组织专人进行养护，保持排水通畅。 (13）施工人员必须严格遵守责任制和交接班制度,并熟知本职工程的安全技术操作规程，在生产中应坚守工作岗位严禁酒后工作。 （14）未经主管部门许可，不得任意将自己的机械设备交给他人操作,更不得随意操作他人的机械设备。 （15)积极做好安全巡视检查，发现隐患,要及时整改。 七、劳动力、材料及机械需求计划 （1）本工程围堰施工期间，高峰期间共需劳动力40人左右.
