基础分部工程验收自评报告
各位领导、专家：
首先请允许我代表重庆建工集团股份有限公司（城建）向今天到位的各位领导、专家表示热烈欢迎；向一直关心、支持和帮助我公司的上级主管部门及建设、监理、设计、勘察等各方代表致以衷心的感谢。
我公司承建的龙州湾云篆山水公租房工程A6#、A7#、A12#、A13#、A14#、A15#楼自2011年9月5日开工至今已顺利完成基础分部工程阶段性施工任务，已具备验收条件，我代表重庆建工集团股份有限公司（城建）向各位汇报工程施工过程及质量情况，请各位领导、专家验收。
一 工程概况：

二、项目管理组织情况
当承接到本工程后，我项目部按照施工承包合同、设计图纸、建筑法规、建设工程强制性条文等编写了施工组织设计、专项施工组织方案等。
施工中严格按照有关规范、施工工艺、设计图纸进行施工，合理安排工作计划，做好各工序的穿插和各工种的配合。
项目部配备专门的检查人员，每天对工程质量进行检查，对违反质量要求的坚决给予返工处理。
项目部施工管理人员配备齐全，持证上岗。
三、工程施工现场质量控制情况
1、地基与基础简介
本工程为框剪结构体系，按6度四级抗震设防，结构安全等级为二级，基础设计等级为乙级，结构耐火等级为一级，设计使用年限为50年。
本工程地基选用中等风化砂质泥岩或砂岩作为基础持力层。主要采用人工挖孔桩基础，基础全部嵌入完整岩层中。部分采用独立基础、筏板基础及条形基础。人工挖孔桩主要有两种形式：圆桩和椭圆桩。圆桩直径主要为：900、1000、1200mm三种尺寸，多数下设扩大头。
项目各相关单位在质检站监督下分别进行了人工挖孔桩验收；基础地梁钢筋验收和基础转序验收。验收结论均为：符合设计及规范要求，同意进入下道工序施工。
2、原材料
用于本工程的原材料按设计和施工承包合同的要求进场。钢筋、水泥等由建工集团物流公司提供；砼由建工新材混泥土有限公司提供，出厂合格证、测试报告等齐全。凡运到施工现场的原材料，项目部均向监理机构提交《工程材料/构配件/设备报审表》，经监理见证取样送检合格后，方可投入使用。确保了本工程原材料的合格性和真实性。
3、技术复核
施工技术人员对基础均按工序进行了有关质量复检复验，各标高轴线均控制在规范允许范围内。
4、隐蔽工程验收
各隐蔽工程验收做到先自检合格后在报验，在质检站监督下经建设、监理、设计、地勘、施工等相关单位人员复验后在进行隐蔽，工程隐蔽记录真实有效，符合设计要求。
5、钢筋工程
工程所用的钢筋都有合格证和实验报告单，所代表的数量符合工程用量，钢筋的切断、弯曲采用机械，盘园钢筋采用无拉伸功能调直机设备进行调直。基础钢筋连接为焊接和机械连接，接头位置和长度等都符合设计及规范要求。
桩钢筋笼、梁、柱接点核心区按图设计加密筋，钢筋绑扎完成后，数量、规格等符合设计及规范要求。
6、模板工程
模板工程有专项方案，项目部对模板拆除时间严格控制，对基础部分在砼强度能保证其表面及棱角不受损伤情况下进行拆模。
7、砼工程
项目部重点对进场商品砼审验其合格证明文件，试块现场制作，确保砼的质量，为建筑物的结构安全提供了保证。
