No country would then need to produce all the goods it consumed. According to the absolute advantage theory, i

The principle of comparative advantage states that a country should specialise in producing and exporting those products in w

Customs Union is one step further along the road to full economic and political integration. A customs union eliminates trade barriers between member countries and adopts a common external trade

21、policy. Common Market has no barriers to trade between member countries, includes a common external trade policy, and allows factors of production to move freely between members. Economic Union involves the free flow of products and factors of production between member countries and adoption of comm
