泵设备单机试车方案
1. Description 编制说明
Pump equipment in this project is mainly used for fire fighting system and 9902 and 9901 water systems. This plan mainly describes unit test run of pump, with the presence of Owner, Supervision Company, Equipment Supplier and Contractor.
本工程泵设备主要用于消防系统及9902、9901水系统，本方案主要阐述泵的单机试运行。本试车由施工单位;监理单位;建设单位及设备供应商一起参与.

3. Test run 试车
3.1Technical preparation 技术准备
3.1.1 Preparation before test run 试车前应检查下列工作是否完成；
3.1.2 Check all running equipment by moving with hand. They should be flexible without blockage. And check if distribution cabinet and motor terminal meet requirements.
检查各转动设备，用手盘动，应灵活，无卡滞现象,配电柜是否符合要求，及电机接线端子是否符合产品要求。
3.1.3 Test motor winding and insulation resistance of cables with megger ensuring min resistance of 0.5MΩ.
用兆欧表测试电机绕组及电缆绝缘电阻，确保绝缘电阻值不得低于0.5MΩ；
3.1.4 Check if motor winding matches with motor nameplate.

检查电机绕组接法是否与电机铭牌相符；
3.1.5 Check continuity of cables with multi-meter to ensure they are under good condition.
用万用表检查电缆的连续性，确保电缆完好；
3.1.6 Cables should be securely connected and the signs correctly put up.
电缆接线牢固、电缆标牌悬挂正确；
3.1.7 Check if motor coupler is disconnected. For those that cannot be disconnected, test them with mechanical parts together under empty load after previous permission from manufacturer.
电机联轴节是否脱开，对于确实无法脱开的应在取得厂方的同意后连同机械部分空载一同试运。
3.1.8 Test operators should be familiar with equipment structure, performance and technical documents and get the hang of operations as well as rules and regulations.
参加试运转的人员，应熟悉设备的构造、性能、设备技术文件，并应掌握操作规程及试运转操作。
3.1.9 Clean equipment and surrounding areas and no works with dust and large noises are allowed nearby.
设备本体及周围环境应清理干净，设备附近不得进行有粉尘的或噪音较大的作业。
3.1.10 Explain technical requirements to test operators and cascade responsibilities to specific persons.
对参加试运转人员应进行安全技术交底，要做到分工明确责任到人。
3.2 Run test of water pump (FF motorized pump and FF diesel oil pump; for other pumps under empty load, only starting and stopping test is required).
水泵试运转(消防电动泵及消防柴油泵,其余泵空载时只作点动试验)
3.2.1 Test should be conducted under instruction of technicians as per manufacturer’s technical information. Set up a test team consisting of persons in technology, installation and supporting works to carry out test systematically.
设备的试车，应根据设备生产厂家的技术资料进行，或生产厂家有关
技术人员进行现场指导。组织有关技术、安装、配合专业等人员，成立试车小组，使设备试车工作有序进行。
3.2.2 After disconnecting coupler, hand wheel should be flexible free of blockage or abnormal sound, and then start and stop motor by pressing a button to ensure that it moves in the direction as required.

脱开联轴节，手动盘车应灵活，无卡涩及异常声音等，然后点动电机，确认电机的转向是否与要求的一致。
3.2.3 After starting and stopping test, start motor keeping it running for 2 hours to check its running situation.
电机点动无异常后，起动电机，连续运转 2小时，检查电机运转工况。
3.2.4 During running, check motor vibration, temp and current at an internal of 30mins to see if anything is abnormal and take records.
运转过程中每隔 30 分钟检查电机振动、温度、电流等是否异常，并做记录。
3.2.5 Starting current of motor should not be too high and running current should be lower than rated current.
电机启动电流不宜过高，运转电流应低于额定电流。
3.2.6 During running, check bearing temp, vibration, motor temp, voltage and current to see if anything is abnormal and take records.
试运转过程中应每隔30分钟检查各轴承温度、振动、电机温度、电压、电流等是否正常，并做记录.应符合下列要求。
3.2.7 Test run should last 2 hours. Write down empty-loaded current that should basically match with Ex-work technical data. Check if motor sounds normal during turning. Temperature rise should not exceed technical specification. The temp of sliding bearing should not be more than 70 degrees and of that rolling bearing not over 80 degrees.
试运转时间电机为 2小时，记录其空载电流并和出厂技术资料比较，应无明显差别，转动过程中应检查电机声音是否异常，温升不应超出产品技术文件的规定，对于滑动轴承温度不应超出70度，滚动轴承其轴承温度不应超过80度；
3.3 Loaded submergible pump 潜水泵带负荷试验9901)
3.3.1 Put submergible pump at the bottom of sump and check if the clamp between submergible pump and drainage pipe is securely fixed.
把潜水泵平稳地安放在水坑的底部，并检查潜水泵与排水管道之间的卡口是否联接牢固。
3.3.2 Adjust level controller to design water level and check its sensitivity.
液位控制器调整到设计要求的水位高度，并检查反应是否灵敏。
3.3.3 Check the tightness of valve & check valve and the direction of installation.
检查阀门和止回阀是否严密，安装方向是否正确。
3.3.4 Turn the power on of auto-control box and fill water into sump to required water level to check the reaction of level auto-control unit and take records.
自动控制箱拉上电源，往水坑注水，使其达到要求的水位，测试液位自动控制装置的动作，并做好测试记录。
3.3.5 Assign specific persons to be on watch during test to ensure sump water is drained outdoors on time.
在运转期间，派专人值班，确保水坑中的水及时排出室外。

5. Safety precautions 安全措施
5.1 Set up picket line during test and outsiders are not allowed to enter.
试车时应设警戒线，与试车无关人员不得入内。
5.2 It is forbidden to touch turning parts of pump during running and fan intake should be equipped with guard mesh.

机泵运行时严禁用手触摸转动部分，风机进风口应有护罩网。
5.3 Electric operation should be done by specific persons. Random operation is forbidden.
电气操作应有专人负责，严禁擅自乱动。
5.4 In case of abnormities during running, shut down equipment to check.
试运转时若有异常现象出现应立即停机检查并做排除。
5.5 Provide sufficient fire extinguishers on site.
施工现场应配有足够的灭火器材。
5.6 Provide protection to pump components to ensure cleanliness before assembly.
机泵解体应注意清洁，拆下的部件做好防护，保证装配时零部件的洁净。
5.7 It is not allowed to clean components with gasoline and used mopping cloth and waste should be put at specific buckets instead of other places.
不得用汽油清洗零部件，用过的抹布、脏物集中进桶存放，不可随意存放。
5.8 Strictly follow instructions of supervisors during test and concentrate on the work. Confirm test procedures and open and close valves per procedures.
单机试运转中严格执行负责人员的指令，精力集中，用心操作，坚守岗位；试 运转流程应仔细确认，根据操作程序做好阀门开闭。
5.9 Instruct and operate as per mechanical instructions, run test plan and operation method. It is forbidden to skip management levels to give orders or operate against rules to prevent accidents.
必须按照机械说明书，试运转方案和操作法进行指挥和操作，严禁多头领导， 越级指挥，违章操作，防止事故发生。
5.10 After run test, discharge water from pump and pipe and air blow them dry.
机泵试运转结束后，将腔体和管内水全部排净，排不净者用空气吹干。
