37、 l 职业道德方面 Morality aspect 监理人员必须秉公办事,按照合同条件公正地处理各种问题,遵守国家的各项法规。既不接受业主和项目管理公司所支付的酬金之外的任何回扣、津贴和其他间接报酬,也不得与承包商有任何经济往来,包括接受承包商的礼物,不得经营或参与施工以及设备、材料的采购活动。 Supervision personnel will deal with all kinds of problems fairly and obey all the rules of laws.
