地面硬化剂施工方案及保护措施
Construction concept for floor hardener
1）、硬化地面对新浇混凝土的要求
Requirement for the concrete floor
金属耐磨地坪是在新浇混凝土初凝后开始施工，按顺序进行，因此新浇混凝土的施工质量直接影响着金刚砂耐磨地坪面层的质量。金属耐磨地坪对新浇混凝土的要求为：
Start metallic floor after concrete primary congealment, the concrete grouting quality will be directly affect the quality of emery wearability floor, so the requirement for the concrete grouting is:
1. 为防止地坪空鼓，基底表层应清理干净，去除浮浆、油渍；基底需用水湿润。To prevent hollow floor, clean off the float slurry and greases on the base layer, wet the base layer.
2. 基层混凝土标号应不小于C20。
The concrete class of the base layer shall not be less than C20。
3. 应控制好混凝土的水灰比，金属地坪的混凝土水灰以不大于0.5为宜。
Control the concrete water cement ratio, the ratio of concrete floor shall not be bigger than 0.5 as well.
4. 新浇混凝土选用商品砼时其坍落度应控制在12-14cm之间。
The slump of the ready-mixed concrete shall be controlled between 12cm and 14cm
5. 新浇混凝土骨料的含泥量应控制在1%以内，最大骨料粒径控制
在3cm以内。
The mud rate in the concrete aggregate shall be controlled within 1%, the maximum diameter of stones shall be less than 3cm.
6. 新浇混凝土宜用平板振动器或用钢制辊筒捣实，在无法用辊筒压实的部位，可先用木蟹拍实，再用长靠尺刮平找平，新浇混凝土捣实后应及时对其面层水平进行控制，对偏差部位加以调整，新浇混凝土面层平整度应控制在4mm以内。
It is better to use flat type vibrator or steel roller for concrete surface leveling. Use wood plate to compact the concrete where can not be rolled, level the surface with long wood strips. The concrete surface level error shall be controlled within 4mm.
7. 混凝土面多余的泌水应及时除去，施工时可以用皮管吸去多余泌水，亦可用海绵吸取、转移多余泌水。.

2）、金属耐磨地坪施工技术要求
Technology requirement for metallic floor
1. 去除浮浆
Clear off the float slurry
新浇筑的地坪混凝土表面浮浆较多，施工时混凝土表面的浮浆必须清理干净，不影响地面的施工质量。当新浇混凝土初凝期后（即上人而不明显下沉为标准），用加装圆盘的机械镘均匀地磨掉混凝土表面的浮浆层即可。
There are lots of float slurrys on the concrete surface when the concrete
grouting just finished, we will use machine with round trays to clean off the float grout after concrete primary congealment.
2. 撒布耐磨材料
Broadcast wearability material
先根据设计要求，确定每平方米耐磨材料的用量，一般2-3mm厚面层，耐磨材料用量为5kg/m2左右。金属矿物骨料分二次撒布，第一次撒布用量为总用量的2/3，第二次为总用量的1/3，即第一次每平方米地面撒布耐磨粉为3.3公斤左右，第二次每平方米撒布用量为1.7左右第一次撒布结束大约间隔一小时，可接着进行第二次的撒布，这样可使材料充分吸收表面未及蒸发的水分。
According to the design requirement, confirm the wearability material usage quantity per square meter. The surface thickness normally shall be 2~3mm, the material usage quantity shall be 5kg per quare meter. Broadcast Bonddex mineral powder two times, broadcast 2/3 of the general quantity at the first time, 1/3 at the second time. It is said that broadcast about 3.3kg/m2 at first time, and the second time is about 1.7kg/m2, the time space between the first time and the second time is one hour. The material will fully absorb the un-vaporing water in this way.
撒布耐磨粉时，一定要均匀，施工过程中应注意按照混凝土浇筑的顺序，先浇的地面先撒粉。撒布时应注意不要撒布到已完工的区域，施工前对已做好的区域应采取临时保护措施，避免造成污染，特别是上、下交叉作业和同一平面分仓作业时更应注意对已完成品的保护。
Must uniformly broadcast the powder, be car for the concrete grouting sequence, broadcast the powder on the finfished concrete floor firstly. Do not broadcast the powder into the un-finished area and take temporary protection measures for the finished area before broadcasting to avoid pollution. Must
pay attention to protect the finished products.
3. 提浆及表面收光
Grout cleaning and surface floating
完成撒布后待耐磨材料吸收一定的水分后（一般来说耐磨粉吸收混凝土基层的水份后颜色会变深用加装圆盘的机械镘按照撒布的顺利进行压磨提浆，施工时至少二次用带镘的机械纵、横交错进行压磨提浆；对于柱子、墙体跟部等临边、临角部位机械不容易压磨，则可直接用手工木蟹进行压磨、提浆。
After broadcasting, use machines with round trays to clean the float grout on the floor, at least two times. The place that the machine can not work on such as columns, bottom of the wall, edges shall be grinded and compacted with wood plate to clean the grout.
完成地面提浆施工后，视混凝土的硬化情况，当地坪表面渐无光泽后，即可进行面层的收光施工，收光时至少三次改装机械镘的叶片。机械镘的运转速度和叶片角度的变化应视地坪混凝土的硬化情况作相应的调整。每次收光开始时调节一次叶片的角度，避免损伤地坪。收光是耐磨地坪最终修饰作业，所以施工时一定要选择责任心强、技术水平较好的人员进行作业。
After grout cleaning, according to the concrete harden situation, start floating when floor surface becomes dark. Change the laminas on the mechanical trowel at least three times during the work. According to the floor harden situation, adjust the machine working speed and laminas degree. The floating is the final procedure of the floor work, so we must select skilled workers with strong responsibility to do this work.
机械作业处理不到的部位则由人工用铁抹子进行压光处理，施工时
人工收光应稍早于机械，作业时尽量减少砂眼和收光痕迹的出现，并保持接缝平整。以确保整个地面的施工质量。
The place has no been treated by machines will be treated with manual floating. The manual work shall be earlier than the machine work, try to reduce the small holes and floating marks and keep the joints in level.
4. 耐磨地坪的养护
Curing for the wearability floor
耐磨地坪同其它水泥地坪一样，后期养护的好坏直接关系到，地坪的耐磨性能，特别是在气温较高的天气里施工时，更应该加强对地坪的养护。为了确保地坪混凝土和耐磨材料强度的稳定增长，地坪施工完成5-6小时后（冬季施工时养护时间可适当延迟，但最晚不可超过24小时），即可进行养护，耐磨地坪的养护可采用在其表面涂敷养护剂的方法，亦可直接用水或用薄膜覆盖的方法进行养护，但冬季，特别是气温低于零度以下的冰冻天气里，耐磨地坪严禁采用浇水法进行养护，地坪的养护时间一般应不少于7天。
The wearability floor is similar with the normal concrete floor, the curing quality will directly affect the wearability performance, we shall strength the floor curing especially in the high temperature days and in winter. To ensure the quality of normal concrete floor and wearability floor, start curing 5~6 hours after floating ( the time will be delayed in the winter, but no more than 24 hours). For the wearability floor curing, we can use curing agents, or spray water on the floor surface, or cover films on the floor. But in the winter, especiall the temperature is lower than zero, spray water for curing is prohibited and the curing time shall be no less than 7 days.
养护期间，地坪表面要防止其他工种施工时油、灰浆、染料、腐蚀性液体等污染，必须经过地坪表面的设备要加设保护设施。在养护期间
耐磨地坪表面严禁负重和进行交叉作业。
During the floor curing period, to prevent pollution by grease, mortar, causticity liquid during conctruction must set protection measures on the floor for equipment installation. Can not work on or load the heavy products on the floor during the curing period.
5. 拆模与伸缩缝的切割
Formwork removal and flexible seams cutting
耐磨地坪完工后一般3天左右即可进行拆模，但冬季时间应作相应的延长（应不少于5天），拆模时应注意不要损伤地坪边缘，模板拆除后应及时清理运走，拆下的模板严禁堆放在刚新做地坪上
Currently remove the formwork 3 days after the wearability floor completion, but the time shall be delayed in the winter(no less than 5 days). Do not damage the floor edge when remove the formwork, clean and deliver out the formwork in time after removal, the removed formwork can not be stored on the new floor.
当耐磨地坪的大面积超过36平方米，或地坪单边长度大于6米时，为防止地坪因受温度变化，而出现开裂，应进行一定的分格处理（即切缝），常温下耐磨地坪完成后3天即可切割伸缩缝，但在冬季施工时，切割时间应作适当的延长（切割间隔时时间宜在5天左右）。
If the area of the wearability floor is larger than 36m2, or the length is over 6m, to prevent craks by temperature changing, must cut seams on the floor for separation. Currently cut seams on the wearability floor 3 days after the floor completion, but the time shall be delayed in the winter(The cutting time is about 5 days after floor completion).
6. 施工质量验收标准

Construction quality acceptance standard
T为确保耐磨地坪的使用功能及使用寿命，参照中华人民共和国国家标准《建筑地面工程施工及验收规范》（GB50209-2002），确定耐磨地坪工程验收标准如下：
o guarantee the usage function and usage life of the wearability floor, refers to China National Standard “ Floor Work Construction and Acceptance Code” （GB50209-2002, the major items of acceptance standard for wearability floor as follows:
耐磨地坪层与混凝土基层之间附着牢固，不空鼓，表面无裂缝。（检验方法：观察、检查并配合用小锤敲击）。
（1）The wearability layer shall adhibit tightly with concrete surface layer, no hollows and no cracks on the surface.( Inspection Method: Look, check by knocking with small hammer)
耐磨地坪表面不积藏灰尘（检验方法：观察检验）。
（2）No dust on the wearability floor surface(Inspection Method: Look)
（3）耐磨地坪表面平整度允许偏差 4mm(检验方法：用2米靠边尺及楔形塞尺检查)。
The permitted error of evenness of separation joints is 4mm (Inspection Method: checked by 2 meter long ruler and cuniform plug ruler)
（4）分格缝平直度允许偏差 3mm（检验方法：拉5米线和作钢尺检查）
The permitted error of straightness of separation joints is 3mm (Inspection Method: Line 5 meter long string and check the error by marked steel ruler)

3）成品保护措施 Protection measures for finished products
1. 施工期间对已完成的工程进行保护，如门框、门扇要钉保护木板，防止磕碰；施工时应用窄车运料以减少碰撞。
Protect the finished products during construction, such as doors and door frames shall be protected with wood plates. Use narrow trollies for material delivery to avoid impaction.
2. 搬运料具时要注意不要碰撞已完成的设备、管线、埋件、门窗已完成粉刷饰面的墙柱面。
Do not touch the finished equipment, pipe lines, embedding components, doors and windows, walls and column which have been plastered when deliver the material or tools.
3. 作机械压磨地面时，机械镘盘丢出的浆液应及时清理干净。
Clean off the grouts by mechanical trays in time when grind the floor surface.
4. 对已完成的地面应及时搭设好成品防护栏，在人员出入频繁的门口挂设醒目的防护标示，禁止人员进入养护期的地坪内，必要时应派专人负责照看.
Build protection handrails for finished floor area, hang up the caution mark at the entrance or exit, prohibit the persons walk into the curing area, send person to watch if necessary.
