美术室管理工作总结

美术专用教室管理工作方面，尽管办学条件比较艰苦，但由于领导重视、管理员的努力，我们的管理工作一步到位，纵观此项工作主要总结以下几个方面：
一、学校领导重视、工作职责分明。
学校的一切工作都是以教学为中心，美术室管理对学校推进素质教育、培养学生创新精神和创造能力方面有着重要作用，为此学校在每学期制订工作要求明确列入工作计划。美术室管理工作由总务处牵头，管理员具体负责管理，各类物品器材的添置等都总务处负责采购，由于分工恰当、落实到位、职责分明。
二、做好常规基础工作。
“向常规要质量”这是任何一项管理工作最基本的准则，为了做好这项管理，我们重点抓了：（1）每学期由领导组织召开功能室负责人会议。由于美术室管理精心，我校美术专用教室环境卫生良好，桌椅完好无损，各类教材器材存放整齐、清洁有序，得到了领导肯定。②做好帐册登记。美术器材设备总帐有总务处登记，做到心中有数，因此缺什么，买什么。使美术室发挥最大的功用，每学期结束都要帐册核对一次，确保帐帐相符，帐物相符。③做好记录。这是一项常规工作，教师每一次使用设备都填好器材使用登记表，美术教室使用及时填写好登记表，填好每一堂课记录。④设施设备摆放有序。
三、充分发挥专用教室功能作用。
为了推进素质教育，培养学生的创新精神和实践能力，我们充分发挥专用美术室功能作用。用多媒体上好每一节美术课，还正确使用实物展示台辅助教学，还每天轮流安排学生做好美术室的卫生，每班有专门的管理员负责管理，培养了学生的管理工作。
四、定期总结不断完善改进。
每学期我对美术实进行检查，并进行总结，肯定成绩，提出不足之处及时改进。我要在不断完善基础管理工作基础上，更要在特色项目管理上下功夫，把我们的美术专用教室管理工作再提高一个层次。
