班主任暂困生辅导工作总结

作为班主任，我对“暂困生”进行了深入细致的思考，暂困生是指那些在学习成绩和思想品德两方面均暂时落后的学生。他们是在外部不良因素的影响下，通过内部后进心理促成的，归结起来，暂困生的形成既有主观的原因，也有客观的原因。如不良的家庭教育，不良的社会风气，不良的传播媒介，学校教育不当和社会歧视等。作为特殊的群体，他们通常表现出思想品德不高、心理健康不全、行为习惯不良、学习成绩不佳等特点。根据以上特点，我对暂困生进行了深入细致的转化工作，并取得了可喜的成绩，现总结如下：
一、对症下药，有的放矢。
差生的转化工作如同良医用药：要对症下药，做到药到病除，也就是要找到“差“的病根。因此，首先要着手于“诊断”，对差生进行全面了解，全面分析，从中找到差生的根源及主要因素，了解差生的性格爱好，主要优缺点及落后的原因，学校、家庭、社会对他们的影响如何？然后有的放矢，帮助他改正
二、晓之以理，施之以情。
工作中，我深刻地体会到差生更需要集体的温暖与师生的爱和信任。因此师生关系融洽是转化差生的一个重要方面，为此要正确地对待差生，做到“四不”，“三会”。即不歧视，不排斥，不粗暴，不揭旧病。要与优生一视同仁；会批评，会谈心，会表扬。然后晓之以理，施之以情，利用全班同学及家庭、好友巧妙地使之密切与老师们结合，达到交流、融洽感情的目的。当学生体验到老师对自己的一片爱心和殷切期望时，他们就会变得“亲其师而信其道”。
三、尊重信任，唤起自尊心
自尊心是人的自我意识的重要标志之一，是进步的动力之一，表现为对个人的自我尊重，也要别人尊重自己的权利和人格。教师应当尊重、信任暂困生，逐步消除他们的疑虑。自卑心理，唤起自尊心，培植自尊心。所以教师应特别注意以下几点：（１）对暂困生要求要适度。要求过高，他们会认为高不可攀，望而却步；要求过低，不利于培养暂困生的学习毅力和克服困难的能力。（２）让暂困生获得成功。只有当他们真正体验到经过努力而获成功的欢悦时，才能树立起进步的信心和愿望。教师可以布置一些他们力所能及的任务，在完成之后给以适当的鼓励。（３）让暂困生充分发展自己的才能，充分展示自己的长处。在挑选班干部时应加以考虑，让他们也能担任一定职务，在集体中发挥作用。
暂困生的转化不可能一蹴而就，一般要经历醒悟、转变、反复、稳定四个阶段。因此，在转化过程中，暂困生故态复萌，出现多次反复，是一种正常现象。对这项十分艰苦的工作，教师一定要有满腔热情，必须遵循教育规律，“反复抓，抓反复”，因势利导，使暂困生保持不断前进的势头。
总之，通向孩子心灵之路的并不是肥沃的田野。在这片肥沃的土地上要获得丰收，需要辛勤耕耘，加强田间管理，更需要温暖的阳光、湿润的雨露。只有教师的爱化为阳光、化作雨露，才能滋润出一批批破土而出的幼苗。对暂困生我们更要倾注爱心，以尊重、赏识唤起他们的进取心，以真诚、宽容激发他们的上进心，努力消除他们的心理障碍，引导他们力争上游、健康成长。只要我们从热爱学生的真诚愿望出发，动之以情，深于父母，晓之以理，细如雨丝，一定能更好地做好暂困生的转化工作。

高效学习方法和技巧
学习需要方法，找到适合自己的方法，学习才能事半功倍。接下来，我结合我自己的学习情况，给大家总结的高效学习《五部曲》
一、预习是学习的重要环节上课前充分预习，考试前充分地复习，与“打有准备之仗”有同曲之道预习效果好，听课才能有针对性；听课有针对性，复习才能顺利进行；复习深刻，作业、考试才能得心应手。所以说预习是学生学习过程中一个必不可少的环节。　
　　二、掌握好高效的听课方法课上集中精力听课，是掌握知识的捷径。听讲时，思想上必须与老师讲解的思路保持一致，听老师对事物是怎样分析、推理；听老师解决问题是用什么方法、技巧；听老师对问题有哪些提问和解释。这样才能把握住听课的重点。听讲中，要把自己在预习中的理解，和老师讲解的相比较，看自己和老师有哪些相同点和区别点。　
　　三、合理安排复习时间很多科学家通过研究发现，有几个时间段有利于巩固记忆：一是学习后最初几分钟内，电生理活动引起蛋白质的合成；二是学习后在48小时内复习；三是一周之后脑突触发生永久性变化。根据人在学习过程中这一生理变化，采用复习加强记忆就显得特别重要了。如果我们能够在学习的内容即将忘记时进行复习，那么复习的效果最好，效率也最高。著名的心理学家艾宾浩斯通过实验发现了人的记忆与遗忘规律。实验证明：在学习仅过了20分钟后，就忘记记忆内容的42%，1天后忘却量已经达到了66%，到了第31天，忘却量高达79%。他根据实验结果，画成了著名的遗忘曲线。并表明遗忘的规律是“先快后慢”。这条规律提示我们，—定要尽早、及时地对所学知识进行复习，以便在知识还在大脑内时就加深印记，否则大脑中已经没有痕迹了，只能再费精力重学。合理安排复习时间特别重要并且必要，制定复习计划，严格按精英特计划执行，并力求形成习惯，是我们每一位学生都应该力求努力做到。　我们为什么要复习呢？因为我们记忆效果没有那么好，不可能过目不忘，所以需要重复、增强记忆。同时，复习的进展也有利于学习效率的提高。　
　　四、做作业的科学方法这里有七种做作业的技巧：
　　1、先复习后做作业。复习是做好作业的关键，只有复习得好，作业才能做得好。做作业前先把老师这一节课所讲的内容认真地看一看，弄清楚基本原理和概念后再去做作业，作业才能做得既快又好。
　　2、认真审题。 做作业最关键的—步就是审题，连题都判断错了，作业内容就全错了。首先第—步要弄清楚题目的内容，所给的条件，什么要求，需要联系哪些知识等等；其次是考虑好解题思路、方法、步骤，要善于把—道题分成几部分，化大为小、化难为易、分清其中的已知和未知，弄清各部分的联系，设计好整个解题步骤，—定要让自己做到不明白题意不做题，不清楚方法步骤不下笔。
　　3、细心的做题。 做题是表达思路的全过程，这个过程要求既动脑、又动手。做题的关键是要保证“规范”、“准确”。要做到这两点就要求学生认真的抄好题，书写格式必须正确、规范，严格按照各类题的解题要求，仔细演算解题的每—步，得出正确的结果。只有平时做题认真细致，步骤完整，思路正确，表达严密，准确无误，考试时才能按照这种良好的习惯进行
　　五、重视错题积累在学习的过程中同学们可能遇到过一错再错的现象
