3、d installation of support and hangerinstallation of PPR pipePPR pipe test 1). 施工准备:Construction preparation 施工工作及技术人员认真熟悉原图纸,领会设计意图,对图纸中和实际管道布置清楚后,才能施工。 Construction work and technicians are strictly familiar with the original drawing, comprehend design purpose, and carry out the construction after

4、the clarity to drawing and actual pipeline arrangement. 施工人员须熟悉PPR管的一般性能,掌握必须的操作要点。在各项预制加工项目开始前,根据实际编制材料计划,将需要的材料、设备等按规格、型号准备好,运至现场。Constructer must know well the general performance of PPR, master necessary operation points,Before each precast processing project, according to the plan of practical

5、scheduling material, well prepare the needed material and equipment according to specification and model and transport to the field. 材料设备要求:到现场的管材、管件等提供的管材和管件应符合设计规定,并附有产品说明书和质量合格证书,须认真检查并经业主验明材质,核对质保书,规格、型号等,合格后方能入库,并分别作好标识。Material equipment requirements: The offered field pipe and pipe fittings s

Strictly examine and identify material by owner, check quality guarantee, specification and models etc, warehouse after qualification, and mark separately. 管材和管件的内外壁应光滑平整,无气泡、裂纹、脱皮和明显的痕纹、凹陷,色泽应基本一致。不得使用

7、有损坏迹象的材料。如发现管道质量有异常,应在使用前进行复检。The internal and external surface of pipe and pipe fittings should be smooth and flat, without air bladder, crack, desquamate, obvious trace and hollow, and the color and luster should be consistent. The material with damaged mark should be forbidden. If it is discovere

The pipe fittings should be intact, without lack and distortion. 管件和管材不应长期置于阳光下照射,为避免管子在储运时弯曲,堆放应平整。搬运管材和管件时,应小心轻放,避免油污,严禁剧烈撞击,与尖锐物触碰和抛、摔、拖。管

9、材开口处应及时封堵,以免管道堵塞造成不必要的浪费。Pipe fitting and pipe should not be placed in the sunshine for a long time to avoid the pipe curve in storage and transportation, and piling up them should be level. When conveying pipe and pipe fittings, they should handled with care and avoid oil stain. Strong bump, cast,

Pipe hatch should be immediately plugged to avoid pipe jam and unnecessary waste. 施工现场与材料存放处温差较大时,应于安装前将管件和管材在现场放置一定时间,使其温度接近施工现场环境温度。When there is large difference in construction field and storage temperature, should place pipe fitting and pipe at the field before inst

11、allation for certain time and make its temperature closure to environment temperature of construction field. 本项目PPR管道采用热熔连接,施工前应仔细检查所使用的热熔机具、割刀是否符合要求和正常使用,使用的电源及电线是否正常和安全。如下图:This project pipe-PPR pipe adopts heat fusion. 12、ment and cutter knife accord with requirements and normal service, the using power supply and wire are normal and security. as the following drawings. 材料进货检验: Material-stocking test 为确保安装质量,材料进货时应严格检验,其管径椭圆率应10%,管材同一截面的壁厚偏差应14%,内外壁应光滑、平整,无气泡、裂口、裂纹、凹陷、脱皮和严重的冷斑及明显的痕迹。For insuring the installation qual

13、ity, should strictly test the material when it is stocked. The ellipticity of pipe diameter should be less than 10%. The wall thickness deviation in the same pipe section should be less than 14%. The internal and external surface should be smooth, flat, without air bladder, crack, hollowing desquama

14、te, severe cold appearance and obvious trace.2). PPR管道预制加工: Precast processing of inner pipe PEpipelinePE管连接:采用热熔连接方式。热熔连接最为可靠,操作方便,气密性好,接口强度高。本方案中热熔焊接为关键工序,具体方案如下:PPR pipe connection: adopt hot melt connection method. Hot melt method is the most reliable, with convenient operation and good air tigh

15、tness and high joint strength. In this project, sweating soldering is the key working procedure; the detail project is as the followings. (1)PPR管道接触式焊接安装PE pipe touch welding installation其施工方法及技术措施如下:Method of execution of works and actions to be taken管道连接采用热熔焊接。热熔焊接为关键工序,必须严格控制。The piping conjuncti

The hot melt weld is the key work , have to control strictly. 管道焊接主要程序:The piping welds main procedure:A:设置焊机的初始值(液压值、温度);Establish the initial value of the welding machine(the liquid presses value, temperature)液压值的设置:The constitution of the liquid presses value管径DN100MM以

17、下,液压值设定为 0.2 MPa; Diameter of pipe is DN100 MM the following, the liquid presses value to set for 0.2 MPa;管径DN100-350MM时,液压值设定为0.4-0.5MPa;Diameter of pipe is DN100-DN350 MM, the liquid presses value to set for 0.4-0.5 MPa;温度的设置: The constitution of the temperature 加热板预热时,温度设定为210;Heat plank prepare

18、hot, the temperature sets to 210 ;加热焊口时,温度设定为190-210.While heating the welding , the temperature sets to 190-210 .B:固定焊管,保证待焊接的管及管件中心在一条直线上,错口应在2毫米以内;Fix the welding pipe, assurance treats to welding pipe and fittings center is on a straight line, Distance of shunt should at 2mm in;C:抛磨管端口,保证端口平整,再用

19、医用酒精清洗管端口,保证端口内外壁的清洁;Throw to whet pipes head, promise pipes head neat, use again to cure to clean pipes head with the alcohol, promise the inside and outside wall of pipes head to clean;D:室外温度为20C时加热管及管件端口焊接参数如下表 Outdoor temperature is at 20 C heating pipe and tube port welding parameters following

20、 tableE:取出焊接好的管段,检查焊口,焊口宽度、高度、形状、均匀度等均符合焊接标准即为合格,方可安装。Take out to welding pipe, check the welding sew , the welding sew width, height, shape, even degree.etc. all matching to weld standard is qualified, then be able to install. 3). 管道试压及冲洗Pipeline Pressure Testing and Flushinga). 管道试压:Pipeline Press

21、ure Testing管道安装完毕,应按设计规定对管道系统进行强度、严密性等试验,以检查管道系统及各连接部位的工程质量。 After installation, pipeline should be taken strength testing and hermetic testing according to design as well as the quality test of pipeline system and connections.管道用水作介质进行强度及严密性试验;应按照设计的具体规定采用。如设计无规定时,工作压力不低于0.07MPa的管道一般采用水压试验,工作压力低于0.

22、07MPa的管道一般采用气压试验。Media of strength testing and hermetic testing is water and the water used for test should meet the relative standards. If no request in design, it usually goes like below: pipeline with work pressure more than 0.07MPa should be taken water pressure testing; pipeline with work press

23、ure less than 0.07MPa should be taken air pressure test.1)管道系统试验前应具备以下条件:Following conditions should be met before testing:A.管路系统施工安装完毕,且符合设计和规范的要求。Finish the pipeline system installation and meet the design and specification request.B.全部支、吊架安装完毕且合格。 Supports installation should be finished and qual

24、ified. C.管道位置、标高、坡度、坡向等经复查合格;试验用的临时加固措施经检查确认安全可靠。Pipelines position, elevation, gradient and slop direction should be qualified. The temporary facility used for test should be stable and safe. D.试验用的压力表经校验合格,并做好标识;精度不低于1.5级,表的满刻度值为最大被测压力的1.52倍;试验压力表不少于2块。Pressure meter used for test should be ok and

25、 marked with precision no less than 1.5-level. The full scale value should be 1.5-2 times as biggest tested-pressure.2)具体试验方法宜采用分区、分层试压和系统试压相结合的方法。分区、分层试压时,待系统充满水且放净空气后进行加压,先把管网或管段的压力升至试验压力,稳压10分钟,压力不得下降,再将压力降至工作压力,在60分钟内压力不得下降、外观检查无渗漏为合格。系统试压时以最低点压力为准,压力升至试验压力后,稳压10分钟,压力下降不得大于20Kpa,再将系统压力降至工作压力,外观检

26、查无渗漏为合格。通知有关人员验收、办理交接手续,然后把水泄净、拆除试压泵和水源。The test method is to be chosen the combination of subarea test and delamination test. When doing test, add pressure after pipe is full of water and without air in. First increase the pressure of pipeline net or pipe section to tested pressure and keep it for

27、10min with no descending of work pressure. Then lower the pressure to work pressure for 60min to check if there are any leakages. No leakages are qualified. When doing test for pipeline system, first increase the pressure from the lowest to tested-pressure and keep it for 10min with pressure decline

28、 less than 20Kpa. Then lower the system pressure to work pressure to check if there are any leakages. No leakages are qualified. Finally notice relative personnel for check and discharge the water in pipe and remove the pressure-testing pump and shut off water supply.3)试验时不得敲击管道。Dont beat the pipe w

29、hen testing.4)试压完毕后,恢复原有的设备、表计,并拆除隔断用盲板,试验后填写试压记录并作好验收签证。Recover the equipment and meter and remove the blind plate for partition after test. Then fill the test record.b). 管道冲洗 Pipeline blowing and flushing管道水系统冲洗:Pipeline Flushing of Water Pipe System:1)调试、运行前必须进行系统的冲洗:水系统主、干管必须开式进行冲洗排污,重复多次直至确认清洁,

30、然后才允许转入封闭式循环过滤(管网、机组、设备整体进行),重复清理过滤器,直到整个系统干净、清洁。It must do flushing after test and commissioning: main pipe and branches should be down flushing repeatedly and then it may be in closed circling filtration (include pipeline net, units, equipment). Clean the filter again and again until the system is

31、 clean.2)管道系统在清洗前必须把设备与系统分离开(即关闭设备进出口阀门),开启旁通阀(能够临时设置),向管网最高点灌水,直到系统灌满水为止;接着从系统的最低点处把脏水放出,按上述方法重复多次,直至系统无脏物;然后启动冷冻水泵、冷却水泵,使水循环多次,停泵后将系统水放尽,检查水过滤器,确认系统管网清洁时止。Separate the equipment form the system before flushing, that is, to close the valve connecting the equipment. Open the bypass valve (can be ins

32、talled temporarily), fill water from highest point until it is full, then discharge the dirty water from the lowest point. Do as above repeatedly until theres no filth in system. Start the condensation water pump, cooling water pump to circle the water for many times. Then stop the pump to check the

33、 water filter unitl the system net is clean or not.3)冲洗前还应将管路上安装的流量孔板、滤网、温度计、调节阀等拆除,待冲洗合格后再恢复安装。Remove the flow pore plate, filtering net, thermometer and adjust valve before flushing. Install them after it is qualified.4)管道冲洗进水口及排水口应选择适当位置,并能保证将管道系统内的杂物冲洗干净,其截面积不小于被冲洗管道截面的。 Chose suitable position for enter and exit for flushing and ensure it can clean the filth in pipe. The section area of enter and exit should no less the 60% of pipe section area of pipe flushed.5)冲洗水应排入指定的泄水点,避免出现跑水事故。Flushing water should discharge in pointed
