肥胖已经成为危害人们健康的严峻问题，中学校生的肥胖趋势更为明显。你们班对此开放商量 。依据不同的观点，写一篇100词左右的短文。
1.肥胖危害健康，应当节食，熬炼，预防肥胖。已经超重的，应当实行措施减肥。
2.中同学长身体的时候，减肥会影响身体发育，也会影响学习，因此应当顺其自然。
肥胖：fatness
Fatness is one of the serious problems which have a bad effect on our health. And at present the situation in the teenagers is even worse, As to this, a discussion was carried out in our class.
Some students think fatness does harm to our health, so it is necessary to be on a diet and take suitable exercise to prevent it. Those who are overweight should take measures to lose weight to be healthy.
But others have a different opinion. They say losing weight will be bad for the teenagers during their growth course, as well as their studies. So there is no doubt to leave it as it is.

When we go on a business trip, we will be faced with the choice of traveling by train or by plane. Before making the right choice，we had better make a close comparison and contrast of them.
First of all, a train will take us to our target railway station. Also, a plane will take us to the target airport， Second, in a train we can enjoy the beautiful scenery of the countryside. Likewise, in a plane we can command a good view of fields, buildings, mountains and even plains of clouds. Despite these similarities, they differ in the following aspects. First, a train ticket is cheap. Most of us can afford it. However, a plane ticket is about twice as expensive as a train ticket. Most of us grudge paying for it. Besides, it is safer to travel by train. If the train gets into some trouble, we may survive by jumping out of it. On the contrary, if we travel by plane, we have to ask God to bless us. However, it takes us longer time to travel by train than by plane.
Therefore, it depends which transportation tool we should choose. If we just want to save money，we will travel by train; but if we want to save time, we will turn to the plane.

我的幻想
When I was a naughty boy， may be because of the influence of the film.Xiao Bing Zhang Ga，my dream was to be a soldier just like Zhang Ga. I thought if I was a soldier， I should be able to swim， ze and climb trees as he did. It seemed to be very wonderful. So I began to learn swimming， zing and climbing trees. I practiced every day and finally I could do them well. But when I entered junior high school and had the military training. I suddenly found that being a soldier was very difficult and I wasnt strong enough to bear it . I had to give my dream up.
当我是个顽皮的男孩，可能是由于影片的影响。“肖兵张嘎”时，我的幻想是成为一名士兵像张遗传算法。我想假如我是个军人，我应当能游泳、跳水、爬树时，他所做的事。它好像很精彩。于是，我开头学习游泳、跳水、爬树。我每天练习，最终我能做得很好。但是当我进入学校的军事训练。我突然发觉当兵是特殊困难的，我并缺乏以承受。我不得不给我的幻想。
But I wasnt discouraged， and I had new aim， which was to be a postman， or rather to be a newspaper boy. As a newspaper boy. I could speed along streets on a bike and throw newspapers onto every porch. Thats also very cool. So I started learning to ride a bicycle. After the everyday practice， I could go very fast by bicycle. But to my disappointment， the job which I wanted only existed in western counties not in China， because there was no porch in China. And Chinese postmen had to stuff very thick newspapers into very small mailboxes from very narrow entrances. The job was far from what I had expected. So once again my dream fell through.
但我并不气馁，我有了新的目标，这将是一个邮递员，或者更精确     地说，是一家报纸的男孩。作为一个报纸的男孩。我可以沿着街道骑自行车，把报纸上每个玄关。这也是很酷。所以我开头学骑自行车。我每天练习后，可以很快骑自行车。但令我无望的是，这份工作，我想仅仅存在于西方国家不是在中国，由于没有玄关在中国。和中国的邮递员不得不东西很厚的报纸变成特殊小的邮箱，从特殊狭窄的入口。这个工作是远离了我的期盼。所以我的幻想再次落空了。
Perhaps you have had the same experience as I and most of your dreams havent come true yet. But I think it doesnt matter， because if you have a dream， youll make many efforts to realize it. This course is really important. If I hadnt dreamt of being a soldier or a newspaper boy. I wouldnt have learned to swim， to ze， to climb trees or to ride a bicycle. Even if our dream cant come true， youll learn much from the efforts you have made. So what I want to tell us is that dream helps us to grow up and teaches us how to control our lives . It is dream that gives us power and makes our lives colorful

As the limitation at that time, sending letters is the most convenient way. Nowadays, although people have so many choices to connect others and send packages, postal service is very considerate relatively. For example, there so many logistics companies, but only postal service willing to go to the country. Without it, our life will be affected. It is clear that postal service is significant in our life.
不管是过去还是如今的现代社会，邮政始终在我们生活中扮演着很重要的角色。在过去邮政是人与人之间联系的主要桥梁。我们都知道以前通信领域并不是很发达。假如人们想要和不跟他们生活在四周的人沟通，寄信是最流行的方式。由于当时的局限性，信件是最便利的方式。如今，虽然人们有很多的选择可以与他人沟通、寄送包裹，但是相对来说邮政的服务是很周到的。例如，有那么多的物流公司，却只有邮政情愿到达乡村。没有邮政，我们的生活将会受到影响。可见邮政在我们的生活中是很重要的。
