第五条 违约责任
1. 若任一方违反本协议任何条款或约定，均视为违约，违约方应承担相应的法律责任。
2. 如因不可抗力或其他不可预见的原因导致无法履行合同，双方可协商解决方案。
第六条 其他约定
1. 本协议一式两份，甲乙双方各执一份，具有同等法律效力。

Following friendly negotiations between Party A and Party B, the two parties have reached the following agreement with regards to data processing:
Article 1 Content of Data Processing
1. Party B shall process the data provided by Party A in accordance with Party A's requirements, ensuring the confidentiality and security of the data.
2. Party B may engage subsidiaries or partners to assist in data processing, but must obtain written consent from Party A.
Article 2 Restrictions on Data Use
1. Party B may only use the data for the purposes of data processing as stipulated in this agreement, and may not disclose or use the data to third parties without authorization.
2. Party B shall take necessary security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, tampering, or destruction of the data.
Article 3 Duration of Data Processing

Article 4 Data Processing Fees

Article 5 Liability for Breach of Contract

2. In the event of force majeure or other unforeseeable reasons that prevent the fulfillment of the contract, the two parties may negotiate a solution.
Article 6 Other Agreements
