　　I had a very happy summer vacation.
　　I went to Shanghai just after the summer vacation. First of all, I went to the Oriental Pearl TV Tower, the most important place in Shanghai. After entering, I immediately asked them to take me to a place a little below the second floor to take a look. I was not afraid to look down from above, but my mother didn’t dare to stand on the glass surface. We also went to some places, and finally passed through the exhibition hall of Shanghai’s development history. After observing it, I had even more admiration for the Chinese people. Later on, we went to the wildlife park again, where I saw many animals being kept in free range. I learned that we should protect and love wildlife. We braved the rain directly from Shanghai and arrived in Hangzhou. First, we went to the Lei Feng Tower. Looking from the top of the tower, the beautiful scenery of West Lake caught my eye. I couldn’t help but think of the poem “After all, in June, the scenery of West Lake is not the same as the four seasons”.

　　The short trip ended, and then came the hot weather. My mother signed me up for the swimming class I had been looking forward to for a long time. This time, I learned Freestyle swimming. At first, the coach taught me how to hit legs at a fast pace and not bend my knees. Later, he taught me how to row. After several practices, he taught me to practice breathing. At first, I sank after breathing, and sometimes I couldn’t breathe. After several considerations, I found a way to keep from sinking after another day of practice. My speed of Freestyle swimming is getting faster and faster, and I can swim horizontally to the end at one time. I am like a fish in the water, and happiness makes me unable to leave.

　　Just a few days after summer vacation, my parents took me to Guangzhou to play. On that day, I went to Chimelong Ocean Kingdom with my father, mother, grandfather and brother. As we walked into the gate, my brother and I were amazed by how many people were playing. We quickly got a play guide and prepared to go see whale sharks. When I arrived at the Whale Shark Aquarium, I saw whale sharks, sharks, stone fish, and many small fish whose names I didn’t know. This place is my deepest memory because I have learned some knowledge and learned why sharks don’t eat small fish because their throat is only about four to five millimeters wide. Then I watched the wonderful performances of sea lions, walruses, and dolphins. Around 8 o’clock, we were at the Hengqin seaside to watch the fountain and fireworks performances, which were all very exciting and really beautiful.
